Hotel was good! The street was quite noisy, and we were impressed by the sound isolation. The room was very quiet. Overall, the standard and cleanliness was good. Possibly in line with expectation, definitely nothing to complain about.

The area is a bit shady, I wouldn't recommend it for families with young kids. But for us adults, it's OK.

Within walking distance to all of Zurich’s attractions, as well as main train and bus stations. Friendly reception and spotless rooms. Really good value for money. Good Asian restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Rooms a little small for three people, however still good value for Zürich. Travelling with a 12 year old child and staying in red light district was always going to be a balance, however it was totally fine. We felt safe and although the street was really busy outside all night, the rooms were quiet and soundproofed and no one bothered us.

We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room, which was appreciated after an early morning flight/travel day. The room itself was what we expected. The room had a safe, which I somehow manage to fudge up within seconds of using it, and reception came up and helped immediately. The beds were comfy, the room was always warm which was great after being out in the winter air. Bathroom was nice and modern. The location of the hotel was great for us, everything was either a walk away or a bus/tram (We had Zurich Cards, so public transport was included). The main station was about 15-20mins walk away which wasn't too bad at all.

Barely anything. The room could have been slightly bigger for us to open both of our suitcases - but not a huge problem. I just unpacked mine and put it away, whilst my friend kept hers open in the corner. Some fixtures, like the AC and phone had quite a bright light on them at night, but we managed to just cover the phone at night and slept away from the AC light - but I'm being picky here!

Trip Inn definetly did the job. Location & facilities & price ratio is quite good in this place, if you dont have very high expectations. Train station is around 10 min walking distance, Fraumunster is around 20 min. If you dont want to walk, you can take bunch of trams & busses from Helvetiaplatz which is just around the corner. Breakfast was quite okay, all the basic things were provided(we enjoyed the mixed fruit bowl very much). Croissants were quite crunchy as well. Receptionists were very friendly& handful on whatever we requested, which is the biggest plus!

The rooms are not so wide, specially for 3 people it was kinda hard to be in the same room at the same time. There were a few dusty areas and the shower drain needs a fix( i could literaly see the dirt inside the wall flowing through the pipes) .

Value for money! Convenient location; room rather small, yet, smartly arranged; quality breakfast; polite staff.

The location was fantastic, it was just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the city center. The room was perfect for two people, and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I read all the reviews before booking and noted the comments about the neighborhood, but we returned every night by 9 PM after our daily trips, so I didn’t personally notice anything unusual.

Good: Location was close to train! Lots of food eateries and a supermarket close by. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good! Hot water and water pressure. The not so good: our aircon didn’t work (our kids one did). This is in the red light district. During the week apart from the sex shop next door and some girls hanging around it was fine. Friday night there were people absolutely screaming out in the street which woke us up.

The room was very stylish and the bed was comfy. While the room itself was a little on the small side, there was a spacious en-suite. There were plenty of electrical sockets. The location is great if you have things to do in central Zurich; in particular, it’s handy to be so close to the station but nice not to see/hear it from the hotel.

The main light in the room periodically turned off (despite the room card being in its slot), which was slightly annoying. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, and the setup for it is strange: you walk through from the hotel into what is apparently a restaurant later in the day, and it is not particularly clear that certain tables are not to be used, which leads to the supervising member of staff constantly asking people to get up and move.

Convenient location close to central station and public transportation making it easy to get around the city Staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay in Zurich The hotel offers a lot, is very clean and is well looked after by the staff Room was comfortable and well sized. Had a balcony overlooking the street, though with construction nearby could be used much.

For the room price it comes with no added extras. Not even water to drink or a kettle for some coffee. Breakfast options were a little light. The pillows were a little soft.
