The check-in process was extremely easy, the staff are able to keep your bags if the room isn't ready but luckily they accommodated our early check-in time. The room is absolutely gorgeous and has a wonderful view overlooking the city and the trains. Wonderful amenities including a gym, sauna, onsite restaurant and bar. The room also included free drinks from the minibar and a speaker that you're able to use as you please. The location is good, very walkable from the train station and multiple buses/street cars. This includes the multiple museums and attractions that Zurich has to offer as well. We tried the restaurant onsite and the staff were extremely kind and attentive, great selection of food and drinks.

The TV didn't work at all during our entire stay. At first it was connectivity issues when we tried to screen share and by the second night it completely wouldn't work at all and simply showed a black screen. This wasn't completely a deal breaker but for the price, the connectivity could have been better.

The room was a good size, the bed was super comfortable and I liked having options for making the room darker with the shades/curtains. TV worked well and could cast to it, which was great, WiFi worked well. Loved the smell of the toiletries, and the light up mirror. I really liked sitting on the window seat and watching the trains. The hotel was in a great location, close to the main train station. Air-conditioning worked well. So nice to have a mini fridge and some free bottled water.

It wasn't a problem for me as I was alone, but it could be made more obvious in the photos that the shower in a medium room is behind a glass door right next to the bed. I would have liked a kettle. The noise from the trains didn't bother me, I actually found it soothing, but if you're on the side of the hotel next to the train lines you can hear them, which might bother light sleepers.

The hotel is an experience in itself. From the cozy restaurant to the stylish bar that serves coffee, mocktails, and other drinks, to the outdoor seating and nearby small shops, there’s always something to enjoy. You could travel to this hotel alone and still have a complete and fulfilling trip. The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered. They were genuinely friendly and warm. It didn’t feel like dealing with typical city hotel employees. They took their time explaining the best ways to explore Zurich, offering helpful tips and showing exactly how to get around. Their sincerity and kindness really stood out. The location is excellent. Zurich HB station is within walking distance, along with many other key places in the city. The room was spotless and very comfortable. On rainy days, I was able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk and return it after my walk. The hotel felt like a destination of its own. It was vibrant, welcoming, and full of character. It was an amazing environment to be in.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent shower pressure, HUGE room, on-site restaurant was very good

The air cooling system is not designed to endure a heat wave, so it was prohibitively hot even with a fan loaned from reception (which was covered in dust, and I endured dust blown straight at me before realising) The lights were calming, but totally not suitable for reading, working, or even putting on make up, as the spot light falls on a strange spot in front of the mirror and so you can’t really see yourself well enough

- Dogs are welcomed with a big bed and bowl, they were allowed everywhere in the hotel so not confined to the room. - Grab and go breakfast is excellent value although not all restaurant staff knew about this option (for CHF 9 pp) - Nice view from the sauna on the rail tracks/city (ask for spa bag in the reception which included robe, slippers and towel). - Cool design throughout the hotel including a functioning polaroid camera in the room (the photos were terrible quality though ) and blackout curtains (had the best sleep for a long time) - The location is walking distance to the main train station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

- No child friendly food options in the restaurant lunch/dinner menu (it's a healthy food with a twist, which I liked but my kids were not keen on either sweet potato or spicy sauce added in the burger). - We were there for 3 days and a day before NYE our window (7th floor) was covered by a huge advert with a Happy New Year greeting. It covered our view out of the window so we couldn't see either fireworks or morning sunshine. There were nice cushions by the window where one can sit and observe the view - I had enjoyed that for 2 days. - Only one lift was functioning - this created problems especially since there was a 3 day festival of Heal Love Play in the hotel - it was busy. Getting up or down to the 7th floor took at least 10 min every time.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with incredibly vibrant and playful colors. I especially loved the humorous door hangers—such a fun touch! The location was also a big plus, within walking distance to both the main train station and the city center. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

One thing that could have improved the experience would be the addition of a coffee machine in the room. It would have been a nice touch, especially considering the overall quality and design of the hotel.

We had a marvelous time at the hotel. It ideally located near the train station and a plethora of restaurants and cafes. The service we received from the front desk (Lisa) was first rate and the food served by Fran and Sophia was always done with a smile and patiently explained the menu choices which helped make our dining experience so enjoyable. The food was so good that we kept returning almost every day. The room was large and comfortable. We can't wait to come back again.

Really fantastic hotel. We booked it because it was a short walk from Zurich's central train station, but we were so impressed from the moment we checked in. Staff were super friendly, our room was spacious and had a great window seat for relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like (well-settled) babies. They supplied the rooms with a decent blow dryer (such a rare thing!) and a nice selection of tea, coffee and complimentary minibar items. The location was great as a base for seeing the city, and there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you didn't want to go far. When we checked in, the staff noted that we were lucky because we were staying on a Saturday night and next morning's breakfast would be extended as brunch and available until 2pm (!). The buffet was fantastic and had a delicious selection of sweet and savoury items, plus great barista coffee made to order. We also had a few drinks at the bar in the evening, and the cocktails were genuinely excellent - not just good for a hotel bar, but properly good. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and gave good advice on options for getting to the airport upon checkout. Oh! And the trainspotting sauna was awesome too!

Everything was perfect. Only downside was that we couldn't stay longer - will definitely be back.

Loved the location, bed was very comfortable, room was spotless clean. We loved the shower products and the lavender scent. Didn't get to go in the sauna, but did enjoy Trainspotting at night from the patio. We'll save the sauna for next time! Loved the Cinchon bar downstairs - yummy cocktails and enjoyed being able to order some snacks from Neni (yummy). Staff were exceptionally friendly. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Coffee in the rooms would have been nice, but we understand and appreciate the sustainability efforts. That being said, it was easy to get it at the bar in the morning (and it was delicious down there!).

Quirky hotel with a good location, walking distance to Zurich HB train station. Clean rooms with friendly staff.

Buffet breakfast was good, however quite expensive for what you got. The hotel and rooms in general always seemed dark, even the lighting in the rooms was faint. The shower was located in the center of the room, however after using it, you had a strong smell of wet concrete. This could be addressed by opening the window, but then you are dealing with constant train noise. No hair conditioner.
