Beautiful views of lake and distance the alps. Good breakfast facilities and food. Transport links via local bus and train are good.

Staff not very welcoming. Some staff unhelpful and don’t go the extra mile to help when asked about transport and hotel as a hotel guest you felt in the way! Dogs allowed in the restaurant and staff pet the dogs then handle food, plates and cutlery. Some guests fed dogs in dining room then handle the buffet utensils etc. Dining is very formal and no choice for hotel guests to have a quick meal after a day out sightseeing. Bar menu was non existent. All meals very expensive. On a Friday there are no restaurant meals the hotel do a barbecue and this was £160.00 for a couple with no drinks. When asked the hotel would not accommodate a smaller meal despite one of us had been unwell. A bottle of tap for the table is £10.00. The prices are high even by Swiss standards.

The hotel was a haven of comfort and style. The view was breathtaking, a panorama that stretched as far as the eye could see. And then there was the sauna and jacuzzi, nestled outdoors, promising pure relaxation under the open sky.Also the Hotel had a nice merch items such as baby sleppers,toys,bathrobes.5 minutes away it was chocolate factory Lindt

I had informed reception I would be 15-20 minutes late for checkout. As I packed the last items into my luggage, a relentless barrage of knocks erupted at the door, courtesy of housekeeping. I responded that I was finishing up, but the knocking persisted until the door swung open, revealing a staff member who curtly reminded me that checkout was before noon. Such unsmiling rigidity feels jarringly out of place in what is purported to be a four-star hotel.

Breakfast was very expensive, 32 Franc/person. Therefore we didn’t purchase (almost double the price if you book via agency) Pillows were not comfy for me (and this is personal thing I guess) Our room was with balcony and lake view, the balconies are separated by a glass but of course with open area. Our neighbors were snookers and spent a lot of time smoking on the balcony, we don’t smoke and we hate smelling cigarettes so we couldn’t stay at the balcony when our neighbors are out and smoking. I would suggest to indicate smoking and non-smoking rooms so can avoid mixing people.

Stunning View on the Lake, The room very modern and clean

the hotel is on top of a hill, , we has an early flight to Zurich then train to the hotel location, we arrived at the train station which is not far , but walking up the hill with the bags was very difficult. we arrived to the hotel around 10 am and we had to wait till 3 pm ( check in time) , there was no option for early check in and it's a long 5 hours waiting at the hotel restaurant till our rooms were ready.

Incredible hotel, in an incredible location! Our favourite Hotel in Europe! Spectacular views of Lake Zurich. Only 5 minute drive to the Lindt Chocolate factory and 15 minutes to the centre of Zurich. The hotel itself is very modern, extremely clean and such a wonderful experience! The wellness area has a gym, spa, hot tub, sauna rooms etc and all are immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay outside of Zurich CBD but still be so close to everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We loved it!

Everything was great.

The view and staff were amazing, plus the cleanliness of the room and the whole place. The area is quiet and we have no issues with noise and/or people talking besides the room being in the first floor. Everything worked fine, no problems with heating, water, etc. Our dog was warm welcomed, having a pillow and other stuff ready in the room. We also required a fridge for better store his food and the staff provided this for us, so kind of them.

We had only one option for the pillows which we didn't like so much. Would be great to have more options (they were too thin). The breakfast was good, but we expected more for a very well rated breakfast: coffee was regular and we couldn't serve ourselves, the scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked, we missed more options from everything overall and the juices were not natural.

The rooms are nice and modern, the facilities in the rooms are clean and practical. The best is the view: our room had a balcony which offered a stunning view over Lake Zuerich. The beds (queen beds) are a bit small but there is unfortunately no king bed option. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Free parking is available below the hotel.

The hotel is a bit pricey - but what can you expect in Switzerland.

For us, the location of the hotel was perfect because we have friends in Ruschlikon. We had a beautiful view on the lake and could see the sunrise in the morning. The room was nice, had the facilities we needed and was clean. Nice staff and free outdoor parking next to the hotel. We could easily take our dogs out to a nice park close by. There were bowls and pillows available at the room as well.

We brought two small dogs (10kg) with us. On Booking it said the hotel would charge an amount extra for the dogs. They didn’t mention anything about it at checkin, but when we checked out we needed to pay €60 per night extra. We totally understand that there are extra costs involved, but for this amount you need to inform your guests beforehand…

Loved it at first sight. Perfect hotel in a lovely suburb. Easy to locate. Close to a public bus station. Loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and fresh, the room was spotless and the view was breathtaking. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it.

Quiet location, convenient garage parking with lift access straight up to reception. There is a charge for this so you can also use the outside parking which is free. The staff were very welcoming. Food/drink prices are very expensive here, but you can check the menu on the hotel website before you book. We ate in the bar and can recommend the club sandwich which was huge and really tasty! Modern room with a balcony and fantastic view over the lake. Bed was very comfortable.

Toilet had an opaque door and didn’t generally feel very private! No air con.
