Excellent staff, very good facilities and breakfast, amazing view of the lake from our room 608. There was welcoming free mineral water bottles in the room. There was a snack bar in the same floor as the spa and swimming pool with a beautiful seating space. There's a bus connection which stops right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool and whirlpool are very nice and super clean. Dietary requirements are a subtle given and that was a real pleasure for me being lactose-intolerant. I wish we had more days to enjoy our times there more.

Although there is attention to small detail everywhere, here are 2 suggestions: Add a kettle in the rooms to allow for a coffee or tea. Add more local or home-made breakfast products such as jam or cheese and in this way increase the social sustainability role the hotel has already begun.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel room. It was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large table and excellent lighting. The view of the lake was stunning. The bathroom was great, especially the shower, and I appreciated the electric window blind. The window curtains also added a nice touch. In addition, the hotel had a wonderful spa area and pool. The surroundings were beautiful. The door keys and lock were user-friendly and secure. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent.

There were a few things in the hotel room that could be improved. First, it would be helpful to have napkins available in the room. Additionally, some shelving or space above the bathroom sink would be convenient. A leaflet with the breakfast and spa opening times would be useful, especially for guests who arrive late. The room would benefit from a larger mirror. Also, the operation of the electric blinds wasn't intuitive when trying to partially close them, so clear instructions would be helpful. Lastly, starting breakfast at 7 am instead of later would be a great improvement.

Wellness area (pool, jacuzzi, saunas), amazing food always with at least 3 options, 1 veggie and 1 possibly vegan. Very friendly reception. Ideal for a weekend away alone to regenerate. Quite a few ladies enjoying some me-time and walks around the area.

A really relaxing place to spend a few days! The lake view is just amazing. The staff was friendly, very clean rooms. Highly recommended !

the pool is officially not allowed for kids under 16 but there were many kids in the hotel and it was a shame they were not allowed I would recommend to make the pool available to all ages to reflect better the visitors of the hotel

I did not have breakfast and only had a small snack for dinner because I arrived late. Therefore, I can not comment on the kitchen. The hotel is a secluded but very quiet location. My room was very functional and clean.

Maybe the mattress was a little on the soft side.

It is minimal and beautiful. I loved the scenery from the window, it’s really breathtaking specially in the morning

Great location, waking up with the lake view was absolutely amazing! There is a retirement home right next to it, so do except encounter with cute and chatty eldery people (definitely need to revisit with my mom). We left well rested as there is welness center right in the hotel. Loved it!
