Friendly hotel owner. Very clean room. There is everything you need for a holiday. Good breakfast to start the day.

The hotel is located at a crossroads. Since there is no air conditioning in the room, in the summer we had to sleep with the window open. The windows overlook the road. All night there was a lot of noise from cars, as well as from the church clock, which struck every 30 minutes, including at night.

Good last minute communication as restaurant was closed for holidays. Good breakfast prepared specially for us.. Plenty of parking.

Should have been made aware of restaurant closure when booking. Phone call and texts a week before were OK but might have made a different choice if informed earlier. The hotel is on a road junction. Rather noisy in the morning with window open due to summer temperatures.

I was for business trip in nearby city and this was only reasonably priced accommodation available in the area. My initial scepticism changed into excitement as soon as i reached the hotel. First of all, location is really great, half hour from Zürich, 10 minutes to the lake, surrounded by nature. I woke up in the morning and first what I saw was greenery around. To the room itself. Every time I stay in a hotel I take my rubber slippers,  just to be sure, as from my experience,  even the better hotels have issues with cleanliness. But here I was stunned. Room was cute, reminded me of holidays at my granny's when I was little and it was so clean that I tried running on the floor with white socks....and they stayed white. The accommodation is clean above expectations and also comfortable. The breakfast is also good, there was a classical breakfast buffet (highlight: fresh croissants and great coffee). Owners are nice people, making you feel like you are visiting friends. I hope I will "have to" travel to this area more often :) .

The address on booking.com is 4km short. This needs to be rectified as we spent 30mins trying to locate the hotel when with 4km

Nice hotel, stuffs there are very kind, it seems to be run by a family and people are so willing to help each others:) By just walking around the hotel you can already see the authentic scenery of Switzerland.

Good size room. Host very helpful and nice. Helped us in everything we needed for our baby daughter. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Not suitable for guest with mobility problems, no lift available. The rest was perfect.
