The room in the hotel annex was modern, a large size and very well appointed. Nice to have access to a coffee machine in the hallway. The breakfast had a wide range of choice and very good. I also liked the fact that I could leave my luggage at the hotel after check out until the afternoon while i did a trip that I could not take my luggage with me on. Staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay and allowed me to use a common area while waiting for my room to be ready.

Not being able to access the room until 430pm was a drawback and a bit unusual in my experience travelling for a few weeks in Switzerland. However, the staff did offer a place for me to wait in which helped me catch up on some things I needed to do while having access to the internet.

Easy to find, right in the centre of Brunnen, good sized lift, and good car parking close by. Room wasn't air conditioned but had lovely opening windows and was provided with a good fan. Excellent breakfast, although dining room a little hot, and staff helpful as it's difficult to manage a buffet when you use a walking stick.

It would have been great to know about the parking discount (you pay at the hotel) before I paid the full day rate. It would also be good if the rooms were provided with a small refrigerator, or an ice maker provided that guests could access.

Great centrally located hotel with a good restaurant. I have a very large room in the main building with 2 balconies. There is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel with very regular buses which all go to Brunnen station and beyond. My room was on the back of the hotel with a nice few of the mountains and it was very quiet. The hotel is a few steps from the lakeside and there are numerous restaurants, shops and cafes all within easy walking.

cracking hotel in the middle of brunnen close to all the town facilities, hotel loverly room was comfy and very spacious, breakfast was tasty and good coffee

so, the room was right on the Main Street centre of brunnen and the noise all night till approx 4 am was horrendous ,,, it would have been ok if we had been warned and it was a Saturday

The Hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the lake and beautiful views of the snow capped mountains, very picturesque, The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable and the restaurant had a great atmosphere and with great food, the staff were friendly and polite.

Overall a great stay, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but apart from that very good.

Room separated from main building but not too much of an issue if its not raining. Fair bit of noise at night but it is a hotel and to be expected

It's a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We stayed in the annexe which was very good, quiet and comfortable. Brunnen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, the ferry is only a short walk away. We also had secure parking for our motorcycle.

Great location right next to the lake. Parking is available right behind the hotel. Spacious room. Coffee making and refrigerator in the kitchen on our floor. Good breakfast but they could have asked if we wanted eggs or bacon. Convenient for finding restaurants close by.

The room was well insulated but it was warm, so when we opened the window, it was very loud with people partying until 4 am. Had to pay extra for parking and for our small dog.

Located close to the promenade and the centre. The hotel is old, but in a good condition.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not organised on a good level. The coffee mashine was not working, no eggs were provided, waitresses were really stressed about everything, so one could not enjoy the meal at all. Hope, they get better in it.

Everything was great. special thanks to Julia , she was very helpful in giving direction for the parking and she make sure that I was satisfied with everything and truly I was. Hotel is in the center of this lovely town and everything is 200 m away from you . You don't even need a car .
