A nice mountain resort with a large pool and spa.

I wish the pool and outside hot tub (whirlpool) temperatures were hotter, and the hot tub could be bigger (or just add a second one with a different temperature. In the Wellness area, I wish the outside cold plunge was turned into a hot tub (whirlpool) so you could sit down in some hot water and enjoy the cold outside simultaneously. The Wellness relaxation pool could be warmer, and I suggest some plants or privacy screens near the door entrance because when someone opens the door, anyone at the water/tea station can look in and see the cubby area (where people are removing their clothes).

Perfect place where to stay if you’re planning on doing the hikes around. The hotel has a large wellness space with all kind of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Perfect to relax! The food is really good as well, very nice staff, with a special note for the restaurant-bar manager, that was just exceptional, looking into the little details to make sure everything is perfect and always having a nice word for everyone, I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated and professional 👌. Rooms are large and confortable, the only thing I may say is that in my opinion they are a little too basic, missing some charme/character/decoration. But overall, great place to stay, the lobby lounge with fireplace is very cost to have a drink or read after a long day. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is large and beautiful. All common places are so nice and welcoming. The food is great. The room was large, comfortable bed and we were given wine and treats upon arrival. Most of all, the spa is just amazing. It is huge with 5 saunas I think. Everything is super clean and comfy. They even give soup so you will restore lost electrolytes. The pool is great, and the outside hot tub is on the spot. There are many relaxation areas too. The ridge walk was the most beautiful trail I have ever walked. This is well worth the travel. Overall the value is amazing and the cost is lower than expected in Switzerland. 10/10.

There aren’t many places to eat in the town, and the hotel restaurant is not cheap but good. Take this into account.

I loved my room with the beautiful mountain view, the afternoon menu was perfect for an early dinner, and it was such a treat to be able to use the sauna and whirlpool facilities, especially after hiking all day.

It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the room. I stayed two nights and the first morning I left to hike before breakfast started, and the second I left early to get the first funicular of the day. Both days I left too early for the hotel breakfast at 7h30, so I would have appreciated being able to at least have coffee in the morning.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering a serene experience immersed in nature. The service was outstanding—staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fantastic communication. Highly recommend! 10+

While I had an overall great stay, I did find that the room on the 3rd floor could get quite hot during the summer. The fan provided was a bit noisy, and I believe air conditioning would be a much better option for guest comfort.

Everything was very clean and room was very comfortable. Staff were great to help out with info on things to do in the area. The wellness area was great to use.Breakfast also had a wide range of options.

No air con in the room so when it did get a bit hot, it was hard to sleep. Staff did suppy a fan but was still a little hot. Bit confusing to use the wellness area only if you're nude. Weren't given another option if you didn't want to sauna nude. Wpuld be good to have a smart TV so you can connect your own devices.

We had a nice and spacious room with a balcony, loved the cosy atmosphere in the lobby with a fireplace. We enjoyed the big spa with many different saunas and a pleasant relaxing area. Especially appreciated the fact that we could further use the spa after checking out, a great thing when weather is not perfect. Wonderful breakfast buffet with great choice of local products and in a pleasant surrounding. Very helpful staff which even organised a transport to funicular as there was quite a bit of snow. Good WiFi

Dinner was ok.

The whole experience at Stoos was outstanding. Hotel was exceptional with all facilities that one may require for a family of 4. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lusia, Adrian and Alexander at the Restaurant for taking care of my family's specific preferences during the breakfast and dinner each night with warm welcome and smiles. At the Front Desk Vivian was extremely hospitable and represented the Swiss hospitality with warmth and pride to perfection. Wellness staff, the Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were solid plus but pleasant surprise was the sets of high standards bicycles available for Guests for use added some memorable moments with our son who celebrated his 14th birthday at Stoos. We will definitely revisit.

There is nothing that could be said that we did not like at the property or around it. Everything was extremely well managed and maintained.

The breakfast was excellent.

There were a few times when the staff could have been more attentive, I was left waiting for service at the desk and the restaurant. There could have been better clarity on navigating my way round the comex, how to use the spa and gym facilities... Signs are only in German which is an added comiplication for a non-german speaker.

We had an amazing experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, it was a pleasure to communicate with all of them, starting from reception and continuing to the restaurant and SPA. The room was stylish, clean and everything looked modern and was working. The breakfast was with a lot of choices and plentiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and oujtside jacuzzi as well.

I didn't find the pillows comfortable although there was a choice between 2 types in the room. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so in the hot months will be challenging.
