The place was beatiful and the ski schuele was amazing. Furthermore, the Stoos Lodge has everything you need: good food, nice view from the room and a clean place. We loved staying there and would love to come back anytime. I would recommend going to Kyliam rent place. Which is next to the church and Kyliam is a true friend who help us with the ski lessons.

It's a simple thing that didn't bother us, but when we went to dinner at Stoos Lodge, the staff were late to serve us at first. However, when they got organized, the experience improved and we had a good night.

The hotel is so clean. From reception, bar, restaurant to our room. The bar area is lovely and relaxing after a long day hiking. Good music and great selection of drink. The restaurant was really good. Great food. And not expensive (for Switzerland) staff are helpful and ready to help with anything you need. The shower in our room was amazing!!! The bed was so so comfy and nice smelling bedding. We had an awesome view with balcony doors that opened wide. The room was a nice temp and no noise. We had a perfect nights sleep. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Check in. You have to use a computer which isn’t difficult but when things go wrong and it’s busy, you have to wait for the one member of staff to come help. You also need passport details which I didn’t have as we live in Switzerland.

Great location, spacious rooms

In the attempt to make the place super modern and cool, there are definitely quite a few flaws- the smoking room in the bar is a terrible idea as the insulation is badly done and the whole bar stinks of cigarette smoke when people are in the smoking room. The seating in the restaurant is very uncomfortable. The bathroom design in the rooms is silly. There must be a better place for the game room than in the bunker. Breakfast is good but super expensive for any standards especially since there’s no discount for children.

The location is very nice, stunning position, withing walking distance from the to chair lifts in the area, the breakfast was nice, had dinner in the restaurant twice and both service and food were OK.

A huge minus was that the cleaning was not included, you would have to pay 30 chf per day for room cleaning. For a 4 stars and the price paid, that was quite a surprise. Too little interaction with personel, self chenck in, self check-out, I totally disliked this. Plus the feeling that they are understaffed under this automatization set up.

The property is amazing, especially for kids. The big inside plaground is funny for kids of each age. The hotel is huge and kids can run around without fear of getting hurt. Easy access just in front of the arrival of the funicular. Rooms are big (we had an M size) and can accomodate confortably a cot and baggages. Breakfast is also nice with a lot of options (also vegetarian and vegan and lactose free). The dinner option instead were okay, we didn’t really have any choice as every other restaurant in the village was closed.

2 minor things we didn’t like: It’s really hot in the rooms and around the hotel. If we knew, we would have brought t-shirts and light pants, but it was winter outside and we only had winter clothes with us. Moreover, the room are big but the bed and especially pillows are very soft, so not really confortable for who likes to sleep with firm pillows. I couldn’t sleep both nights. It would be nice if they can put two different types of pillow in the rooms so that everyone can be happy depending on their preferences. Anyway, these are minor things and our family is planning to return again :)

This hotel brings new meaning to the term ski-in and is absolute perfection! This was our second stay but the first in the winter and it might be my favorite hotel in Switzerland. The views are insane, the rooms are immaculate and the food was fantastic. It was a luxurious little oasis to relax in after an amazing day hiking and sledging. For those with kids the play area looked amazing as well!

Nothing. It was amazing

The staff was very welcoming, the price was afordable comparing to other places in switzerland. we booked one night and were suppose to go back to Zurich for our last night in switzerland but deiceded to stay another night because we loved the place so much although we had a place to stay for free. we highly recommend anyone who's going to stoos to stay there, we are positive that we'll go back one day

The bed could be better but other then that everything was excellent and we really enjoy our stay,

Breakfast was really good! The location is stunning and the hotel in general very nice and super clean. Also, the gym is just a dream 😍

We didn’t like their concept of pay whatever you need. The hotel or rooms are not super cheap and then you need to pay everything extra like breakfast, gym, room cleaning etc. So, it’s actually quite cost intense and for this money you can almost book a 4 or 5 star hotel…

The Lodge is really good. We got both the rooms with amazing view of the mountains overlooking the stoosbahn. The rooms were comfy, spacious with a hint of luxury. Everything was top notch including the amenities and the restaurant. I would like to specially thank one of the staff, Mr Rene, who was really helpful and kind. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests with dinner reservations etc and I am truly thankful. Also the Restaurant manager was super nice and super active. He was always checking in to see if we are comfortable. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Stoos lodge and would definitely try to come back for Spring/Summer.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

Everything was good and no complain at all.
