I have to pay city tax and 129 CHF charge for room clean service even when we did not even use the blankets. Clean service charge, in general, was an unexpected and unpleasant "see you soon" at the end of the journey, despite staff kindness. All the amenities inside were available and awesome, but outdoors were only available starting from Wednesday. The mattress of the main room is very old. I could not rest at all

Holiday Park facilities are excellent .Room view and bedrooms are good and spacious.

Only problem was bed sheets and quilt coves we had to put our self. We were going for holidays and after tiring day with doing activities we was annoying making our own beds and putting pillowed amd quilt covers.

There was so much to do at the resort, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the spa was an absolutely unexpected treat, so much so went twice! The breakfast was top notch, loads of choice and all very tasty. The made to order omelettes were delicious. There is a Thai restaurant onsite, which although pricey was worth every penny, it was as good as actually being in Thailand - highly recommend.

The hostel room was tiny, but I suppose the plan is never to hang out in the room.

Great facilities for families with children of every age (playgrounds, pool, bowling, gocarts, climbing walls and much more). Small kids pay a reasonabke flat daily rate and can use the kids buffet, which is very good and varies every day.

No air conditioning in the rooms and heavy duvets in summer... In our room there were 30 degrees, we had to sleep with open windows and basically without the covers. I understand no air conditioning in Switzerland, but why don't they put just plain sheets on the beds, instead of duvets?? The food for adults was monotonous,every day the same choice of salads and appetizers. Kids buffet was much better and changing every day.

It was our second time in SHP and I have the feeling it was better than the first time (a year ago). What I highly appreciate is the early check in (at mid-day)- this way we enjoyed our holiday from the very first moment and the spotless room. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast, location and facilities are great!

It's rather an advice: bring more variety into the menu (restaurants and buffet)- that's my only reason for not booking a whole week.

Beautiful quiet location with amazing hikes on your doorstep. Great accomodation (2 bed apartment) with everything we needed, spacious. Amazing out & indoor pool areas with lazy river, jacuzzi, slides perfect for all ages. Town of Brunnen and swimming in the lake 30 mins steep walk down but manageable and worth the walk (bus also available ). We ate in Thai restaurant it was delicious.

Upon check in was given mixed directions to find our apartment multiple times which caused us to be walking out in the rain with our luggage for 30min. It would have been nice if they had walked outside with us to show us the way instead of just giving verbal directions, especially after asking for the second time. Also we had to pay for towels in our room and in the pool. This felt like too much for what we had paid.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!! Location and Secure parking were important to me. The facilities looked good however, I did not have time to use them. It is more a family orientated place than for a solo traveller such as myself. The place was very clean and comfortable and run very efficiently with very pleasant staff and the breakfast was superb

The hostel rooms were tiny. I had one room for two and I’m not sure how two adults would have managed in there. Also, the food prices were expensive, even a bottle of tap water on the table cost 7.5 French francs.

The location is great and kids don't get bored with the indoor and outdoor activities.

The outdoor swimming pool is not big enough for adults. The croquet monsieur sandwich at the shop by the indoor pools was not good quality for CHF6. Rather take it off the menu & add something else. To access the parking with a guest badge/bangle put a sign on the machine to say scan here .
