It was my 2nd time staying at this property with family. 1st time was in Aug. 2021 and my review is still (more or less) the same as the last time with few additions/subtractions: Breakfast. Friendly Staff. Location (just 12-15 km from Rigi, 40-45 mins drive to Mount Pilatus) View from Hotel is exceptional. Bus Stop right in front of Hotel (Bus No. 502 & 508) Ferry station right in front of Hotel There is a small store (Volg) just 3-4 mins walk from Hotel A few Restaurants/Pizzeria within walking distance from Hotel Last time there was a kids play area but now you can find toys for kids inside the family rooms

WiFi was very bad on the 2nd floor. Rooms NEED to have Garbage bins (apart from those small ones inside toilets). It was very difficult to take care of the garbage specially with small kids.

Enjoyed everything about this place! Johnny met us for checkin. Sabrina was a server in alllll the restaurants and was very attentive. Amy was our server for an incredible steak dinner at 400 Degree steakhouse. It was definitely the time of year we visited because we felt like we were the only guests there. There’s no way this place during their busy season isn’t fully booked - make sure your book early for their high season stay or go in the off season like we did….So quiet and peaceful!

The hotel was super quiet and in a quaint location. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Luzern. We felt like a local in this town. Everyone was very kind and it was super peaceful and relaxing. Our room had an amazing view of Lake Luzern. It’s was directly next to the bus stop and Boat that takes you across the lake. They had a nice water front area to relax on. And the restaurant at the hotel was delicious. Everything you need in one place.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was nice. The breakfast was reasonable.

The reservation was for a large double bed but we got two beds pushed together. It's not comfortable for a couple. In the end they found us a suite with a large double bed but of course they charged extra for it and the bed was not comfortable.

The area is very nice. Just a few steps away you can enjoy swimming in the lake. The hotel is located not far from Brunnen where you can find several shops and restaurants and also boat rides and mini-golf, magnificent scenery! Breakfast was good and it was nice having it on the terrace.

The sofa in the bedroom was stained and the rug too. For the price that we payed we expected the room to be impeccable.

We were looking for a place to stay near Lake Lucerne. We found this hotel just outside the city. What can I say. It was an excellent hotel. The view from the room was the most beautiful I have seen. The mountains and lake made the stay worthwhile. The food was great, the room was great. You will not be disappointed. If you are in the area you must stay here.

That I had to leave after only one night. I could retired here.

We are a family of 4 from Belgium we really like the people in this Hotel its highly recommended the owner and the stuff of the Hotel is really accomodating people very hospitable and kind the lake view and mountain view in front of this hotel was really a Breathtaking view.

A super position by the Ferry to Lucerne. A lovely view from our room, good breakfast and convenient garage parking

The lady in Reception was unable to speak English and we were given very vague instructions to access the garage and check into the hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and we wanted to stay more. Unfortunately due to our schedule that was not possible but it was such an amazing stay. The staff were super friendly, dinner was amazing and the view is just insane. Highly recommend

Hotel is located in small town. All rooms are oriented on the beautiful lake, however in hot summer days and without air conditioner it became quite hot in the room. Only fan is available. Also there is a coffee machine, but no jettle. Restaurant is available in hotel. Actually there are two restaurants, but at the moment of stay, the menu was the same.

No air conditioning, only fan.
