We thought the apartment was beautiful and well located. The bedding was comfortable and the rooms spacious, with a lovely veranda area. We also loved the rooftop bar. When we asked the staff for help (eg with an item left behind by mistake) it was quickly responded to and very helpful.

We felt it was cheeky to ask for 80 CHF to use the in apartment kitchen facilities as we had booked an apartment so we could use the facilities. It was a shame the rooftop bar closed at 9pm and took the cushions away at that point.

Great location- 2 mins from Rigi railway station and harbor. 5 mins walk to public beach. Convenient starting point for hiking. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable beds for good night sleep. Big balcony with a nice view of the mountains. In overall it was very pleasant stay.

Parking slots are very narrow, parking ticket needs to be paid every time when you get out of the garage. Extra charge for cleaning kitchen at the end of the stay.

Seemed like a brand new buildiing. The double room was spacious and they actually had a real double bed (not just twin beds placed next to each other, like it's usual in Switzerland). The large window across the whole wall offered a panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the village. The location is amazing, just next to the lake and the Rigi train. Parking with decently sized parking spaces. The breakfast was great and had sufficient vegan options. The check-in via a machine is also great.

Breakfast was amazing. The variety, and the quality of the food was simply excellent.

The room itself was on the smaller side- we had the family room with bunk beds that slept 6 and there wasn’t really a proper place to sit inside the room. we did have a couple of chairs on the terrace, but we didn’t want to bring them inside. The beds were very awkward to sit in, and we jumped our heads quite a few times. We were also very hot inside the room, thankfully they had a fan available. We also left our window open for air which helped a lot. But I think that’s the norm in Switzerland- most hotels I stayed at had no AC.

I like the whole concept of the hotel, the theme built around morning and morning rituals. The staff is very helpful. I like the self-checkin idea.

Unfortunately, the check-in app did not work perfectly, I could not get the room key via the app. The good thing is that the reception was available on phone and managed to resolve the issue smoothly.

The location was excellent with great views from the roof top. The hotel was very close to the Rigi mountain train and the boat going to Waggis and Lucern. The breakfast was very good and staff were very nice. Parking was comfortable inside the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was very good.

The room we booked for our family of 4 had bunk beds that were not easy to use with small openings to access the bed. The room did not have any chairs and only a small table under the TV, but when we asked for a chair the staff did provide one.

This is an interesting hotel - very digital. If you are analogue, this is not for you. Check in without the app is possible but complicated. Room key replacement through the machine, digital parking and check in/ check out. Very clean and spacious room. Separate bedroom. Lots of room, good closet space. Modern bathroom, Nespresso coffee and hot water machine. Great staff when they were around, very helpful. Excellent breakfast, very fresh and lots of choice. Clientele mostly tourists, we were attending a wedding across the street at the Vitznauerhof so location was perfect!

Some amenities missing - no full length mirror, no outlet in kitchen, no extra pillows. Quite minimalist decor which was nice, but since we were attending a wedding, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror. Hot water was not hot. This was a surprise and I have no idea if this is standard due to energy saving or an isolated event. Because there are hardly any employees, it's hard to ask. I am a bit surprised by the high price, we could have stayed across the street in the 5-star for the same amount.

Location Apartment cleanness (upon check-in) and size. The balcony view. The modern design of the hotel. Quite rooms. The staff were helpful.

Parking spots are too tight. Entered the parking lot and exited immediately after paying 3 CHF. No airconditioning. It coincided with what was probably the hottest week of the year. Room daily cleaning by housekeeping can be improved. Breakfast can be improved especially for vegetarians/muslims.

The room was more of an apartment. Bugger than expected. Spotlessly clean. We loved the pop up rooftop restaurant. Excellent bbq ribs . Excellent location gor going up the Rigi

I did not get on very well with the automated check in.. probably a reflection of my age

The hotel exceeded our expectation. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of freshly baked products and fresh fruit. The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Swiss fondue at the restaurant and that was the best fondue we ever had!
