Was really surprised at how nice it was. Staff were so polite and courteous. Incredible spa. Delicious food. Comfy beds.

We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

We were blown away by Flora Alpina! The view of the lake from our room was stunning especially being able to watch sunset from it. The pool, hot tub, and spa area was amazing and extremely relaxing. It was all open from 9am-9pm which was great and allowed us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the services after a long hike. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, answering all questions and giving recommendations for the surrounding area. This is a great location so stay at for hiking Stoos and Rigi as both were easy to get to by bus.

Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

Everything was great.

The rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast served was very good and the staff were very helpful. We travelled with a dog and on arrival they had placed two dog bowls and a dog blanket. The extra touch was very sweet! The sunset views from the hotel are incredible. You can even see the sunset from the hot tub and pool outside! Would definitely recommend

There wasn’t much choice of restaurants to eat at in the area. But not the hotels fault whatsoever just the location. Best to visit the area in a car.

The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

Sits with a gorgeous view over Lake of Lucerne. Quite stunning in any season. The entire location is well maintained, and brekki is great! Special shout-out to the super friendly staff, their relaxed behaviour brought us particular joy ☺️ The food was delicious and served almost immediately after ordering.

The wellness area could be a bit cleaner with hangers for clothes and light blankets in the resting area. A bit of a redesign would improve the overall experience there substantially.

It’s a beautiful picturesque hotel in a stunning, quiet location on the lake surrounded by hiking trails. The restaurant on site is fabulous and the breakfast was nourishing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we asked for. We had a dog and everyone was friendly and she was very welcome.

Some of the interior was dated but that also gave it charm. The shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor so water could get on the floor sometimes.

The views! Stunning. Well equipped, spacious room, the staff are charming and helpful, beautiful hikes right from the hotel and the restaurant was superb - have dinner there if you can!

A niggle but still: 1 big mattress instead of two would be appropriate- at least to have the option. It was a bit uncomfortable to constantly be in the crack…

Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

That you have to walk 15 minutes to get to Lake Lucerne and swim from the hotel since I suppose the entranceway is private right in front of the hotel as there are houses located there.
