The room was lovely and spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were second to none, extremely polite, pleasant and friendly. They really couldn’t do enough to make your stay above board. The restaurant was a nice warming vibe and the food was of great quality.

Only 2 complaints if I can call them that, WiFi on top floor was very poor and being really fussy the one pillow wasn’t quite enough.

For us was a very good location due to the appointment we had was close by. The breakfast was normal with very good service, The room was nice and bright , Quite and had two windows. Very good bathrooms with excellent lighting. For me the best in the last twelve hotels we have been into in the last three weeks. we had lunch there and was great. We also had two dinners from a well dedicated Chef, This hotel is run by owners which makes you feel welcome. Hopefully we will visit again

The hotel has a good lift but up to the second floor. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor. At our age we do not need stairs.

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is in the centre and close to supermarket, train station, bank/atm. Big studio, good kitchen and comfy bed 🛌. The bus stop is exactly in front of the hotel. Parking space for car/bikes. The surrounding area are nice to visit by walking or biking. View point has breathtaking view over Zurich lake and mountains around it. It’s worth visit and stay Hirschen.

Location: was so convenient. -only a few min. walk from the train station Schindellegi-Feuesisberg. (800 ft) So very convenient to reach Zurich old town by train [30 min] [or other towns]. -in the middle of the rural, small town. Peaceful and quiet. Can hear cow bells on the hill next to the guesthouse. Next to a grocery store, SPAR, a bakery, and a butcher shop. Room was very comfortable and quiet. -Room on upper floor has a view of the Zurich lake. Spacious, modern, renovated recently. In hot summer days, the room is comfortable even though there is no A/C. Note: mornings and evenings cool off. -Felt like living in a private home with ~12 guest rooms on 3 floors. [No coffee maker or electric kettle in room] Kitchen and dining area are on ground floor. Remember, this is a small guesthouse, so note the 'open' hours, and give advance notice. e.g. inform a day before if you wish to have breakfast or dinner there. Breakfast was simple, fresh, healthy and wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Just make a mental adjustment and enjoy living in a village in a guesthouse. i.e. To seniors, if stairs are challenging, ask for rooms on floor 1 and 2. The elevator does not reach the top floor. So you need to climb one flight. Staff will carry up the luggage.

Clean and comfortable.

The only issue we’re the ringing bells super close to my room. On Sunday morning 8 AM they rang forever!

The manager and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We have small children, and everyone was supportive and understanding, which is always appreciated by sleep deprived parents.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Since we had the studio, the sofa bed was fine for smaller children, but I would not recommend adults to sleep on it.

Staff availability and friendliness in answering my questions. Quality of hotel, which was clean and comfortable.

Very good location for people who arrive by car or by public transportation!

I came early and was met by very friendly staff, who was offered me a coffee on arrival, that was brilliant and much needed.
