The hotel is a short walk from the Vista eye clinic (one of us was having cataract surgery) and from the Seebadi Pfaffikon, for swimming in Lake Zurich (for the other one). We had a nice fish dinner in the restaurant and a more relaxed tapas-style meal in the See Rose bar (good negronis!). Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. Parking was on the property and free. The hotel is also not very far from the train station. Breakfast was good. The view from our room and at breakfast was delightful. There is a nice walk nearby through a small park.

Our room was in an old part of the hotel with an extremely slanting floor, which didn't really bother us, but should be mentioned. The flat screen TV was tiny (tucked away innovatively behind a small door) and located in such a way as to be impossible for 2 people to watch in comfort -- again, it didn't really bother us, but should be mentioned.

Lake view, great breakfast, kind service, spacious room. The hotel was extremely clean. Snacks and water were provided in the room. You could also fill your bottle of water in the corridor. Magnificent location to public transport (Pffäfikon SZ train station/bus 180). Additionally, there is a nice park at the lake nearby where in summer days one can chill. A morning run at the lake was a cherry on the cake!

Gorgeous location with beautiful views from the room, lots of dining options within metres, high level of cleanliness, very friendly staff.

Creaky floors, which is very charming and common in such places but also makes me feel guilty when walking around at night. The opportunistic but cute birds in the outside dining area trying to steal one's breakfast.

Lovely hotel by the lakefront and near the station. Great lakefront restaurant. Perfect for our stay!

Hotel reception was difficult to find, in between the restaurant and the guest house, but no signage.

Was fine, you can eat outside by the water (just watch that the birds dont take a sample :)

No AC or ventilation made it uncomfortable in summer heat

The location is perfect, on the lake close to the town center and office buildings. There is a bar and a restaurant. The check-in and check-out processes were easy (Our flight was late, and we came after the official check-in time, they prepare everything and it was waiting on us).

One of the buildings is quite old, and the floor creaks when someone is walking in the room above.

What a charming hotel - right on the water with boats and swans. The restaurant food was fantastic and the staff was super nice and helpful. Details like welcome letter and fruit was thoughtful.

Bed is a little short for a 6'4" person, but otherwise comfy.

The location is close to the railway station and the food in the restaurant is excellent!

It was difficult to find the place in the dark, there are no signs for the railway station. The wifi password is not offered at the check-in, I had to ask about it in the restaurant.

Large room - we stayed in room 53. Lovely view of the lake. Great shower. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Room was a little warm however a fan was provided and we were able to open the windows
