Last minute decision to visit this part of Switzerland and found this property while searching booking.com. It seemed very nice based on reviews and the room rate seemed acceptable. All an understatement. We loved the quaint town of Lachen and were absolutely delighted with the Marina Lachen, our waterfront room, the dining options and experiences, and especially the front desk personnel we interacted with most, Laura and Marc. They were both very helpful welcoming and very welcoming…as were those in the restaurants we encountered. What a wonderful experience to conclude our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Nothing. There are always things one might want or wish for, but for us we were delighted with it all.

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was magnificent. We had a suite with a balcony view, and it was beautiful. The bed had a control unit that managed all the lighting, including automatic shutters. They also offered loaner scooters and bicycles, and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this place! The pictures on the site don't do it justice. The place was even more beautiful in person than the site shows.

Wonderful location right on the lake, stunning views from the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Dinner in the main steakhouse restaurant is achingly expensive (though probably not for the wealthy locals), but fabulous. Ten minute walk from train station.

Information was lacking on hotel facilities (there may have been a folder in the room, but I couldn't find it). I didn't want to go back out into the pouring rain, so ate in the searingly expensive restaurant - didn't realise until afterward that the two (more realistically priced) restaurants next door also belong to the same hotel, and I could have accessed at least one of them without going out in the rain. Ah well, it was a treat that I (and my wallet) will remember for a long time!

This was such a lovely hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, location perfect near the train station and next to the lake. Really well thought out little details in the room like fresh fruit, water bottles, ear plugs (because in Switzerland you need them because of the bells!!!), hand cream , make up mirror with a light etc etc. The breakfast was super nice, very nice coffee and the staff was so friendly and the Steak house on the ground floor was exceptionally nice! Safe to say, I will recommend this place for everyone.

Shower could have had conditioner for hair as well, but that's a minor thing.

It’s an interesting neighborhood, many shops, good lakeside view. Their staffs are helpful and speak good English. Room and hotel in overall are comfortable. Their balcony is pretty big. Breakfast was simple but great.

The location was very nice, just by the small marina. The rooms are small but efficient. The balcony was lovely, made for two. The bed was nice and comfy. Restaurants in the complex and nearby.

In summer I miss a fridge in the room.

The view when walking out the main entrance is like you’re in a film.

Overlooking Lake Zurich what more could one ask for. A pleasant quiet relaxing area of Switzerland that we wanted to experience and this hotel did all of that. They feature on an outside deck a Pizza restaurant and a Steakhouse as an alternative.

We were very happy with our experience.

Marc was very helpful at the front desk, he even gave us some direction of what to do in Interlaken

Ac was not working in the room, little hot but thankful they gave us a fan that helped
