Modern, well-equipped room & bathroom. The complementary water bottles, assortment of teas, and french-press coffee maker are all very nice touches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Seems to be a new crew running the place since quite recently, still in the process of getting the hang of things but doing a commendable job. Parking is right next to the hotel (public, paid separately).

As many other have commented, the absurdly loud church bells ringing for an eternity at 6am every morning are supremely annoying, unless you need to get up at 6am anyway, of course :-) It's not immediately obvious where the hotel is - there's only a sign on the side, not the front of the building.

Did not refill toilet paper in one room, 3 of the rooms light was not fully lit in bathrooms, disregarded “do not disturb/clean” sign on door, hot water a bit slow, no staff on site to help with issues.

Great location in the heart of Jona and not far to the places I needed to visit. The rooms were well equipped and quiet. The food at the adjacent restaurant is quite good.

The breakfast at the bakery across the street was tasty however it bit basic.

The hotel is right next to the train station. It's very central. The room is very large, has a good view, and the bathroom was new and very stylish. The bed was very comfy, and was quite big. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

You had to wait around 10 minutes for hot water to come...

There is a church next to the hotel, of which the bells start ringing at 6 am. We stayed at the hotel during a very warm period and the room was very hot. Certainly because there is no window / ventilator in the bathroom and the heat of the warm water stays in the room too.

Very quick easy check-in. Very comfortable bed. Also great location, very close to the station and local bus stop.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the nearby church bells were super loud and long, waking me up at 6am on a Saturday morning, which was not good after a late night. Maybe the hotel could provide ear plugs and warn the guests about this??

The staff was super friendly. One of the staff went above and beyond to help me with my adapter. He ended up giving his laptop power cable to me as an alternative of the adapter as it we didn’t have an Australian plug. Thank you so much for helping me out!!

Immaculate hotel. Very modern, very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant. Tip Top!!

If anything, the room was a little warm and there was no thermostat to adjust. Opened a window and all was good. So not a complaint really.

Excellent position, easy to find. Convenient parking close by (below train station). Beautiful room, clean, modern, complimentary water. Excellent breakfast and very welcoming staff (arranged an early breakfast for athletes competing in a sunday race).

Room on the first floor was very noisy: no air conditioning meant either a 28+ degrees bedroom or opening the windows and being part of the chit-chat happening on the road and road traffic, just below our room. I know the Obersee is not supposed to be this hot mid-June and air condition is not needed, but we slept 4h that night.

Breakfast is over street in bakery. Good, but a bit limited. Clean and comfortable room.
