Very good in-house restaurant (steak house), except for the late grey visitor tiptoeing from under the benches (see below)

Car park and lift shared with fitness / wellness club. Difficult to find a spot near the hotel to let the dog have a decent quick late night walk. Mouse visiting from under the false floor separating different dining areas. The waiter apologised properly. But I wouldn't have breakfast there, as the explanation was: "They're attracted from the storage room to the breakfast area due to the cereals". In fact, I didn't even go back for dinner on another day.

The room is really spacious, the beds comfortable and the room nicely designed.

The tv doesn't enable comcast even though it is a smart tv. There isn't much to do with the tv because you cant really access anything even though it has internet. Netflix etc through the tv browser dont work because you cant accept or decline cookies so couldn't really use the tv. But then again, perhaps I'm just a silly, I just like the ability to stream directly from my phone.

My room was very clean and decently spacious. The hotel sits in front of a minor highway but with windows closed the car noise is minimal. Have not used the restaurant and haven't had any breakfast so I can't comment on those. Hotel staff was very friendly and help me figure out with train routes and tickets.

My only disappointment is about the bed. The mattresses were good but the structure itself was flimsy and it seemed like sleeping in wheelbarrow (I'm average height and average weight for a man).

Comfortable. Classy. Clean. Coffee machine in the room stocked with pods. Good food in theyr restaurant, great breakfast. Staff was fantastic.

Nothing to complain. However, a small minibar or fridge in room could be handy.

We were a little confused at first because the hotel is part of a larger complex and it all seemed quite disjointed. For example in the lift there are two sets of buttons and if you press the wrong side, you will go to a private company rather than your room! However, once we got to know the place, it turned out to be a really nice hotel, with good quality rooms and very friendly staff. We had a room at the back which had a lovely green outlook and was quiet. The restaurant (which is independently operated) was also very good, with friendly staff and excellent food. Breakfast was also very good.

Access to the pool is hard to find. Turns out it is via the (independently operated) health club. Lobby was bland with no character. Some cars also on display in the lobby!

Very nice hotel, super helpful and kind receptionists, great breakfast. There is also gym and SPA that you have to pay additionaly but it is nice that it is in the same building as hotel.

I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and both experiences were wonderful. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, everything about the hotel was brilliant, the staff are great, polite and always willing to help, we had a lovely relaxing 2 night stay. fantastic all-around

The room is well sized and very clean.

The mattress is so soft and not firm enough. There were no Hot water for almost 2 days. The Breakfast re-fill is so slow.
