When we arrived, I couldn't find where to check in and the man at the reception was very nice to help us out. The room was clean and had everything we need. The kitchen and bathroom was available per floor and an extra toilet as well. The room also had a seating area so we could relax in place other than the beds which was nice. The appartement is also very close to the train station and has direct connection to Zurich center.

While the room itself was clean, there were used towels in the closets. The room is also right next to the train station and we had our windows open because it was hot so when the train passed, it was like it passed right through your room.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The location was really convenient. The amenities were appreciated for a short stay. The room is well maintained, despite the small damages from previous loaners.

The self check-in, although highly functional, made the interaction with the staff inexistent. It was quite a shame also for the Check-Out. I felt, even if it was easy and functional, that the human interaction with the staff was missing.

The facilities are fine and room is rather large with good size Balcony. There are 2 points which are less convenient: 1. As per their www it says: . Thanks to the latest ‘self-check-in’ concept at the Tilia Hotel, we offer our guests maximum flexibility on arrival and departure. This means you must check-in your self which I found quite challenging, as I did not always understood how it works. After 2 attempts I got it done. 2. It is located along the railways and if your room faces that side, one will have to close the well isolated Windows. However It was over 30 C warm when we arrived and we left the Windows partially open. As the trains are operating very frequent until late night, it dose disturb ones sleep. I would have agreed to pay more for a backroom, however with no staff available after 18:00 hrs, we had no other option. However, it was quite ok and slept fine, despite the trains.s

Make sure guests know about the Train noise and offer a quiet room at a higher rate. Make sure guests knows that reception is only attended at certain times and for the rest it is via Self- Check-in Machine ....!

Clean, minimalist, modern apartment 5 min walk from Uster station. Perfect for 1-2 night trip or business trip

Iron: I was travelling on business and required an iron and ironing board. these are not available at the property and with my late arrival (after 6pm), no staff were at hand to help. My early morning meeting meant I had to conduct my meetings looking pretty shabby. Noise: The property overlooks the rail track so it can be noisy - especially noticeable in the early hours when the first trains are travelling

Location, kitchen facilities, easy check-in. Friendly cleaning staff.

The hair dryer is useless. It only blows cool air. The items for breakfast dissappear very quickly. If you go down for breakfast at 9h30, if you're lucky, you'll get 1 croissant for more than 1 person...

The Room was ok, space enough, bathroom large enough. Clean very good Breakfast exist The church bell concert in the morning was surprising but energetic.

The breakfast was limited to coffee and croissant. no real place to sit and have a breakfast pause. proximity with the train line is noisy.

Cleaning is very good, Breakfast is not included i know but there is a coffee machine and croissant every morning. For me it's enough. Posizion was behind the railway so there is no noise about that. Bed is OK have no problem with that,

Never used automatic checkin , It's OK but probaby some persons coud not find this way so simple to do. Name was recognized because this is the 2ns stay there,

Easy machine check in, clean room, Balcony was very nice. The Wifi unfortunately only covered half the room and not the balcony.

Bad WiFi reception, every time you lose the connection to the wifi you have to re-enter the form with quite some data (room no, Name, check out date)

1) Service and staff. 2) Location close to rail station 3) Free parking. 4) Good coffee and pastry in the morning.

1) No air conditioning (also a reason for spiders coming inside). 2) Spiders coming from outside

Everything was as it was in the description, the location is very close to the train station and shops, about 6 minutes walk. The location, clean and from them every morning, croissant, coffee and juice.
