Lots of covered & uncovered parking. We had a Comfy bed. The hotel was super quiet & everything was very clean.

We paid for breakfast. It just wasn’t that great. It was pretty sparse & I felt like not enough food was brought out. Plain yogurt & topping would have been nice, maybe sliced cucumbers, leberwurst, enough meats, sweet pastries. It was nice to have boiled eggs. The bread was good, one day we had only a few croissants which were gone soon, cereal containers were not very full. It was decent just not great.

Staff were amazing! Rooms were not like those pictured and much darker but fine, it’s Switzerland so the prices are very high for what you get. Underground parking was great but the key system other the ‘interesting’ seemed very controlling. You could only have the parking key or your room key, not both? Why? Didn’t get the breakfast as it was overpriced for the offering they had, luckily we checking in early and saw it before paying the 12-15 francs they wanted for it. It not in Zurich but close to the airport and my daughter and we were traveling during the world bike championships so suspect it impacted the prices.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the brand-new beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, much better than we have had in similar sized hotels in the past.

The system with the two separate keys, one for the room and one for the reception door and garage, was a bit weird. If we wanted to take the elevator to the underground garage, we had to stop at the reception level, change keys, and then continue with the elevator. And the same when we returned. It was a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience, nonetheless.

We stayed in the family room. There were plenty of space for our family of 4. There is a bedroom on the first floor and two single beds on the second floor. Also, there was a big family room with a couch and dinner table and huge terrace with nice view. There is a small kitchenette with all you might need for a short stay. We only spent one night but we would definitely recommend this room for a longer stay. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The facility is clean and everyone at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The welcoming staff. Recognizing we were tired travellers, they made check-in easy, and made a reservation for dinner for us. At dinner, many items were sold out from a busy day, but they helped us find a solution that was appropriate. Although the wait time to get our meals was lengthy, we enjoyed our time. The food was excellent, as was the limoncello!

It was hot in our suite, and we struggled to find outlets for our phones to be charged, and even to plug in lamps (at least two lamps were provided, with no outlet to plug them into).

We like vthe location. most of all the manager and host Mr. Ali was the most cultured and knowledgeable young man who was very caring and accommodating of all our needs. He allowed us very early check in as my wife had to do a online conference early. If we ever go there again I would go to this motel just to see how this young man is progressing in his venture. He also arranged reliable transport within the city and finally our drop off to the airport.

The lighting in the dining area a bit too dim . This is not going to be a factor as he is on a massive renovation plan.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were big and clean, everything was perfect. We also had breakfast which was very good. The staff was excellent! Super nice amd they helped us with everything. Garage is big and safe. We planned to stay 2 nights but extended our stay for 2 more nights and stayed in the same hotel because everything was so good.

Big family appartment (West app.), with large living room, big terrace, sleeping room, small kitchen and additional room for the kids. Bathroom and wc are separated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Garage space is great added value.

As it's on a west side, rooftop, it can be very warm so I'd recommend an air conditioner device - it's quite warm in the separate kids room.

The staff is super helpful and very kind. They did a free upgrade of our rooms and they are very very flexible with the breakfast time. The room was large and super quiet, and most important, comfortable beds and very clean! In the room had free coffee a filled frigobar and free welcome chocolate. Being honest this hotel, as long will maintain this standard and prices would be my 1st choice location in zh!

Nice clean facility. Spacious 2 bedroom with 1 bedroom having 2 single beds and the other with a queen size bed with was perfect for a family of four.

We went in August and it was unusually hot for Zurich during the days. One of the hotel rooms had a portable AC but the other room had no AC so we all ended up sleeping in 1 room.
