My stay at this charming B&B in Wallisellen was nothing short of perfect! The comfort of the room was outstanding—spotless, inviting, and just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Being a wheelchair user I usually check first if everything is accessible and I’ve been satisfied about this aspect. The room was quite big and the bathroom too. The shower had a seat and the sink was lower at wheelchair’s height. Breakfast was really enjoyable and the staff very helpful.

The shower gel dispenser and the hand soap dispenser were quite hard to use. This is a disadvantage for people with low upper body dexterity, even though I could menage it over all.

they host large tour groups at the hotel. in the morning when the groups show up for breakfast the hotel isn't staffed to support them efficiently. the morning I was there they ran out temporarily of food, plates, cups, silver ware. it wouldn't be an issue if you have time to wait. on the other hand, if you want a relaxing breakfast at 0700 this may not happen here.

Wonderful staff who were friendly and welcoming! Very clean hotel. Excellent location for public transportation and exploring Zurich. Very reasonable price for the Zurich area. And really important in the summer - air conditioning in the room. We slept very well at night.

While the area feels very commercial and the hotel is beside a busy highway and road, the rooms were nicely sound-proofed and we were happy to ignore the location to take advantage of the public transport access and also the convenience of having a large shopping centre nearby.

It‘s an affordable option. Easy access toilets in lobby. Got to chill & order über eats after check out.

It was last minute booking for a concert at The Hall. The venue provides a discounted offer for guests at a different hotel but it was sold out. Would have been closer & probably a bigger, nicer room with one extra star.

Convenient location far away from all city noises but next door to the big shopping mall and train station with direct connection to Zurich. Very comfortable bed, well working central air-conditioner allowing some customization in the room. Absolutely amazing receptionist lady of Italian origin who made us feeling at home from the first minute of our arrival till the last minute before the departure. She is a real gem, I wish there would be more people like her in hospitality services.

Not opening windows and the absence of cups in the room (even for the tooth brush).

I really enjoy my stay, the neighborhood Is quite, the train station Is at 5 minute walk and with 2 stops you are in the centre of Zurich. I haven't try the breakfast but the room was clean, price honest, and staff really disposable and gentle. Adviced
