Apartment was spacious and clean, and well-equipped.

Smoking is allowed in the building. We can barely use the balcony because of the smoking. For few nights, the room next to us was smoking cannabis/marijuana, and it could be smelled in our room and hallway where we have very young kids ages 10 and 3. Both my husband and son suffered from Rhinitis due to the smoking. I reported this to the management and the only thing they replied is that smoking is allowed in the building and cannabis is legal in Switzerland so they can’t do anything at all. As much as the room was nice and comfy, we instantly regretted staying here, also given the price which is rather expensive. We also had to book two rooms to accommodate our family of 4, so we paid quite hefty and I felt we weren’t looked after. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families.

Large rooms, with large frigo, a small kitchen corner, real blinds at the windows. Very clean room. I've had a small problem at the reception (magnetic key didn't work) but it was fixed by the contact I had to call, since the hotel has not a true. reception desk. WiFi was perfect and there is a true table to work on

Shower with some minor problems (it was leaking water), anyway usable. Some electrical switches don't work fine, you have to press them twice or more.

We like everything about this hotel. The helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the convenience of public transport.

Would be better if there's aircond unit installed for use in summer.

Check-In via the machine was not possible. Staff from the restaurant came to the rescue.

Check-in procedure. The door code worked but the attempt to use the machine check-in did not work. Other custormers were in the same predicament. Fortunatley restaurant staff helped us.

Large modern apartment, nice bathroom, kitchenette, balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Well equipped; washer/dryer, hair dryer, fan.

Kitchenette frugal, no pots or pans for hob, enough cutlery for two. Check-in without human interaction. Light switches are confusing.

Good location, quite close to the tram station. A very spacious apartment with lots of amenities and storage space. It has a full kitchen and balcony.

There is no reception and nobody replied to my messages over the weekend. No breakfast either, but a nice bakery and several big supermarkets are in close proximity.

The balcony, big tv screen, the design of room, it's big size, it's cleanness. Laundry room, washing machine in the room.

The self check-in is a very good idea, but still needs more technological developments. I still prefer to comminicate with a human receptionist.

Location is strategic, it's in a quiet neighborhood, not far from station , around 5 mins walk. Hair straightener, coffee machine, washer is provided. Love my stay.

Clean room, fully automated blinds, seamless self check-in. Excellent laundry facilities.

Need bigger and better kitchenware. Pots and pans were too small - couldn’t cook multiple eggs nor attempt to make pasta. Please install AC or at the very least provide guests with an electric fan during the summer months. It gets HOT!
