I love the breakfast buffet! It was great and very delicious! Me and my business partner loved it. We also loved the beds, they were so comfortable. I would stay there again. Also the location is great.

The bartender was very unfriendly towards us. We aproached the bar to get a drink and she first told us to wait, wich we did, but then she started chatting with other people in the bar that she already gave drinks to. So after waiting for a while we left. We said thank you and walked away. The lady inmediatly got defensive and started talking to us loudly. It made us feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is just across the street from Hallenstadion which is the main reason why we stayed here. Fabian from reception was great and he did help us get into the rooms a bit earlier as we had an appointment at 2 pm. We received adjacent rooms as I requested and this helped us a lot as we traveled with kids. The breakfast was good.

The hotel seems a bit outdated, some of the furniture needs a face lift, and the carpet on the corridor at our floor wasn't really clean. A bit pricey for the quality it offers but I guess it has to do with its location...

Nice hotel, clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Location 20 minutes by tram to the city center. Special thanks to Ekaterina from reception, she was very kind and helpful.

The shower is not isolated enough from the entire bathroom, which means the whole floor is in water after taking a shower. Maybe to provide a mop, so we can clean it by ourselves. No refrigerator, no slippers. 2. The hotel asks for a deposit upon check-in even if you paid in advance, this is annoying

A very comfortable stay in a very well connected location in NE Zurich, between the airport and Oerlikon/ the city. In particular, if you are attending any events at the Messe or Hallenstadion, you cannot get a better result than this, literally across the road. Staff welcome was warm, friendly and efficient - restaurant on the ground floor - and comfortable furnishings and very good size room. The only thing missing (a nice to have, not a must have) was to have a small fridge in our room to keep drinks warm. Thank you for a comfortable stay and would/ will definitely stay again, thanks

The clean and quiet room was wonderful, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by the ambiance in the hotel—the soothing music, pleasant fragrance, and vibrant colors in the lobby all contributed to a welcoming environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, not just with me but with all the guests. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location is fantastic, being conveniently close to the airport and public transportation.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is perfect if you are going to the Hallenstadion - it is 1 min walk from the hotel. It is easy to take public transport from the hotel, just a few minutes away. The staff we met were very welcoming, helpful and extremely sweet, especially Fabian at the reception and Junnait at the bar - thank you so much for making our stay fantastic.

We were surprised by the glass door to the bathroom. You could hear everything through the door. Maybe it should be clearer in the booking and in the pictures. And maybe you should consider turning it into a normal door. But it looks nice

I enjoyed staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. There is also a bus/tram stop in front of the hotel which can take you to the nearby Oerliken station to get to Zurich Banhoff. The breakfast is of European breakfast standard. Friendly staff.

None. Everything seem fine and looks comfy to stay. I will stay again in this hotel if I have a another chance. Maybe some suggestion is to fill coffee sachet in the room every day.

The location is excellent if you are attending an event in Hallenstadion or a business meeting in Messe Zurich since all you need to do to get to the venue is cross the street. A big plus for those travelling by car is the convenient underground parking of the hotel. Concerning the room, it was a good size, with comfortable beds and pillows, clean and quiet with complimentary water.

Maybe replace that sliding, glass bathroom door as it is neither sound, nor smell proof and provides no privacy....

Swiss Airline cancelled our flight back Singapore last minute at 11pm+. Sadly, we had to find accommodation on our own. Otherwise, we will be stranded in the airport together with my elderly parents and 5yo kid, as no accommodation was provided by the airline. We were lucky to find Holiday Inn at Messe, and were able to check in at 1am. Front desk staff went extra miles to add an extra bed for our 5yo kid in our room at 1am without the housekeeping team.

Just 5km from the airport, it was a great place to rest before flying back to home country after a long 5-week Grand Tour of Switzerland. We stayed in so many Holiday Inn Hotels that I mistook the previous one in Lucern, Kriens for this one and rated it as if it was this one. Oops sorry for that! but it goes to show that we are happy with the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. We think that Holiday Inn has kept an impressive consistency in its good quality.

If the hotel would provide a kettle and a fridge, it would be perfect. And if the air-conditioning can be cooler in summer, it would be very much appreciated!
