The room was nice and clean. We have room with 2 bedrooms and they were so well cleaned and comfortable. the kitchen and table was very practise and clean.

They have sent the check in form on the day we had to check in to get code into hotel.( Otherwise. I did not find a way to get into hotel as it need code to enter.) However, i have tried but there was an error and internet in the area was so weak. Therefore, I have sent hotel a message to ask if i could do check in there but i did not get response. i needed to ask my husband at home to do for me on PC. When we were there, i did not see reception area and staff. If they send the form perhaps a few days before, i will have time to do.

Booked 5 days on 6th floor. Easy Access using code, basic facilities available. Space is acceptable for Zurich's rooms. Will I book again? YES, for sure, but they have to fix the House keeping issue & the Booking process that requires sharing your Passport with unknown owner.

#Again, owners on Booking ask you (FORCES) you to send your Passport & other guests passports before sharing the access details. I already booked & paid at booking.com, but the owner sends you email forcing you to share such SENSITIVE data with him, else no ACCESS, your booking is useless. #No HOUSEKEEPING, stayed from Wednesday until Monday, ZERO House keeping. #The shower LEAKs water outside the toilet, the floor is sinking with water, no more towels, still everyday I come back & find no Housekeeping.

I wrote several messages to the owner about parking and that I need for 1 room to have the stay for one day shorter. About the parking I've never recevied an confirmation and I needed to write for the codes. About the shorter stay nobody ever replied so I had to pay the whole time. Communication was very bad. If it was not about more money to pay they never replied. I wrote then 3 times via Booking, I wrote 2 e-mails and I tried to call. Nothing happened. Because of that I do not recommend.

Was everything clean , it’s all new and modern , staff was very friendly and useful .

There’s no sink to do the dishes, you must do them at the bathroom sink , and the shower wasn’t easy to regulate the water temperature , all the time was changing between extremely hot or cold. The internet was offline for almost 2 days .

Location is fantastic. Just behind Glattburg station; in fact you can see the hotel from the station platform. For an expensive city like Zurich, if you can survive without a front reception and staff, this is an excellent value for money choice of accommodation. There are several cafes in the vicinity and the hotel has a small front garden where guests generally hang out. You are sent a code to open the front door, and to open the door to your apartment on the morning of your arrival and I found it to be a very smooth process. You can email them well in advance if you have any queries and they will respond back with an answer. The rooms are small, but very well designed. The bed is small, so be mindful if you are 2 people sharing as it can be cramped. The TV has all international channels like BBC / CNN / etc. I went in the peak of summer, but had a very comfortable night's stay as the air conditioning was very strong. There is a small kitchenette, with 2 induction hobs, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. I hear the fire alarm is strong and there are charges attached if you set it off, but I didn't use the kitchen, so cannot comment. They have a coffee machine, tea kettle and cutlery, cups and dishes for use.

The bathroom. There is no door. It's a tiny corridor, with the shower cubicle on the right side, and the toilet with a sliding door on the left side and in the middle you have the sink area. I didn't mind that arrangement, but what was truly annoying was that the water from the shower seeps into the whole bathroom and onto the room itself if you're not careful. I had to clean up the water with the towels every time I took a shower.

The facilities were of a very high standard and once I had arranged to get the code to allow me entry to the complex then everything was very good.

Breakfast was not included as far as I was aware. It was rather irritating to be asked repeatedly in additional emails to supply identification which was done immediately I received the initial request and that this meant also that no access details were sent until I rang on the day of my arrival.

The apartment was nice because there‘s a mini kitchen and utensils are provided. Close to the tram and S-Bahn stations

Personal were unable to understand German or even English. The rooms were not cleaned for the whole duration of the stay. I don’t know if it should be automatic or should we have asked.

The location and the facilities were absolutely incredible! The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant was lovely and it’s very close to the station which has easy access to Zurich. There was a good selection of equipment in the gym and the spa area topped it off. The shared kitchen is great and has all the facilities to make a real meal

The kitchen needs updating as the drawers were tricky to use as well as the pans being too small for 3 adults and the fire alarm is supposed to be very easy to set if which made us very cautious about cooking - as it’s a £2000 fine! The laundry room also needs more regular monitoring to keep the machines working.

No check in and out process. So close train and tramway station only 2 min. Fully equipped room.toiletries, microwave, coffee machine ok but no coffee, kettle ok but no tea, to arrive city center only 9 min by train, airport 6 min. Good customer care. All questions are replied in a short time.

No tea and coffee. No salt. No slippers. And inventory list in the room make anxious.

Everything I needed for a 4 day stay was there: kitchen facilities, wifi, comfy beds, ample storage, laundry and iron, hairdryer, nice shower.

Water leaked out of the shower cabin, a warning would have been helpful so we could have avoided this with towels or if that could be fixed before the next arrival, when we told reception they asked for photos which meant we would need to let it flow out of the bathroom again which we didn't want to do so problem probably persists. Also restaurant didn't serve food until the time it states, ie 11pm and closed before midnight. Other than that, everything was fine, and nothing that affected our enjoyment of the place.
