The pillows were not comfortable, they will squeeze into “nothing”.

The staff were very accommodating. The location was near the tram, a 5 minute walk.

The hotel said that the * free* shuttle from the airport would pick us up and yet also that subsequently our bill would be charged 10 CHF. Which is *not* free. False advertising. The restaurant in the hotel charged 3 CHF for tap water in a pitcher. That just seemed ridiculous. It was a bit surprising that if the holder of the electronic room key left the room both the Air Conditioner and Lights would turn off. We were two guests with one key, so I was unexpectedly left in the dark in the windowless bathroom when my friend went out to ask the desk a question.

It is near the Zurich airport and uses a free shuttle service to take you from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very nice and spoke English fluently. The room was very nice quality and had a comfortable bed for one night prior to our long flight.

The breakfast was too expensive (28 francs per person) and the shuttle to the airport was not available the morning of the flight. You need to request the shuttle booking the night before departure, and it costs 5 francs per person for the shuttle ride.

The room itself and the bathroom are very big which was nice for organizing luggage. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk + 10 minute tram ride from the airport. I had an early out-bound flight (5:40am check-in) and staying here on the last night of my trip made checking into my flight very convenient.

The walk from the tram stop is reasonable, but not pleasant. There is a steep incline towards the drive-way from the main road which might be difficult to walk through if you have heavy luggage. I didn't use the taxi service, instead opting for public transit, so this may not be applicable.

Perfect for an overnight stay required near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities are good and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and all the food was fresh. a personally appreciated the parking facility being available (albeit pricey).

Small little stuff - For e.g the pillows on the bed were not ideal for sleeping (too soft for my liking). I think the hotel staff would have provided more pillows, if I asked (please do ask if you face a similar issue like me). The placement of the electrical points next to the bed was quite uncomfortable (since it is hidden under the bedside table) - Better room design required!

We booked our stay over New Years as we were visiting family nearby. We chose the larger room as we have a three year old that normally sleeps alone in a big boy bed. The check-in was unproblematic and the staff at the reception was very friendly. The garage feels safe and the spaces are comfortable. The room was pristine clean and spacious. We didn't use the kitchen. The bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast options were great: eggs, sausages, breads, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants, coffee, tea, juice.

There was limited storage in the room for clothes. There was one half-width wardrobe with no shelves (only hangers) and two more cabinets with no shelves above head height. The bed mattress was on the hard side and the pillows provided were way too soft for comfort. Luckily, the hotel had more options for pillows once we asked and we found something suitable.

Room was great - we got the junior suite and it was bang for the buck! We stayed more than a week and it helped to have a big room. The hotel is located less than a km from the tram stop, and 2 stops away from the airport (making it easy to get food at restaurants or purchase staples/basics at Migros). It is not far from the city center if you know how to work the trams and trains. Vika in reception and Miel at the bar were most helpful, making our stay so much more pleasant! We will definitely stay here again at our next visit.

The restaurant closes after breakfast and opens only at 6pm. It would help if they had even a sandwich bar from lunch to dinner time. For travelers who take siestas or need to rest from a hectic pace.

Among the things that could be improved in the room is the sleeping pillow (good quality and feathers), but which is very thin and almost unusable for sleeping, then the size of the bed (it could be wider - we are talking about a bed for 2 people) and finally the blankets which are of good quality, but somehow unexpectedly narrow

Close to the airport with good transport links to access Zürich Centre. Very helpful and professional reception staff. The room was modern, clean and incredibly quiet considering the proximity to the airport. I enjoyed the complementary mini bar which provide provided a range of beverages. The buffet breakfast was reasonable value and good quality.

There was a delay in cleaning my room. However, when I informed the reception staff, they took immediate attempts to rectify the problem

There is a free shuttle from the airport every 30 min during the day which is great. the driver sometimes leaves a bit early - My family almost missed the shuttle because he wanted to leave 2 minutes before time. The room is modern and comfortable, the smart switches can be annoying. you come for 1 night and it takes you a while to understand how they work. some instructions would be nice. breakfast was great! nearby supermarket

The shower stream is super weak, very annoying to shower this way. also it seems like the hot water is limited - so every time you want to turn the water hotter - it gets hot for 1 second and then gets colder again. I believe they may have configured some inside mixer to prevent "wasting" hot water. It takes a while to understand the right usage of all the switches. can be annoying
