The accommodation has pretty much everything you would need for an overnight stay. We received a nice welcome and easy check-in/out from the host who was in the shop downstairs. Incidentally, in an expensive city, having the shop available to buy drinks and breakfast items was a real positive. Some locals raised their eyebrows when we told them the name of the street we were staying on (which has a bit of a reputation), but it was never a problem for us.

The room was up several flights of stairs which, when carrying suitcases on a hot day, is a bit inconvenient. But, overall, I'd stay here again.

The room was very clean and it has everything that you need for a short stay. Fridge, keetle and very warm room.

A hotel is nice and small, but it is very well organized. The reception is located inside a grocery store, which is really convenient as the store is open 24/7 and guests can find food there. Also, in this grocery store, hotel guests can have tea or coffee from a coffee machine for free, which is a nice bonus. Other grocery stores are also located nearby, and McDonald's is just in front. The staff is really friendly and willing to help with any questions. The hotel is 12-15 minutes away from the train station on foot (and also from the Flixbus station), making it really convenient for those who need to travel by train or bus. The room was nice and had everything the guests needed. I would recommend this place for a stay of several days.

The furniture looks a bit outdated, and it would be great to update it.

We stayed for one night, two people. The apartment was lovely and located within a 10-minute walking distance from the train station — even while carrying luggage. For the price, it is truly value for money, especially if you are traveling and just need a place for one night. In our case, we were also able to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The reception is open 24 hours and there is a mini-market on-site, so you can easily get water or anything else you might need. Additionally, the host offers a complimentary coffee upon arrival, a nice gesture that you can enjoy throughout your stay. Tip: If you are staying on an upper floor and have large suitcases, be aware that there is no elevator, which can make carrying heavy luggage a bit challenging.

An overall very favorable hotel, with comfortable, well-suited rooms, comfortable bed, table, small kitchenette and necessities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the grocery shop on the ground floor is an excellent resource. The location among very many shops, restaurants, bars/cafes and close to bus/tram stations is very good, also within good reach of the central station (about ten minutes by foot, easily reaching all trains through the upper-side underground entrance). Good wifi. Overall very good value for money for a place like Zurich.

Nothing really. The shower cabinet could have been larger, and the room could have used an additional electric socket, but these were minor aspects.

Clean and spacious room with good double bed. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower (depending on body size could be a bit challenging but overall nice one). Within the room are small fridge and different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the old city. Close to central train station (12min walking) and in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is kind and prompt to reply either through through e-means or in person, so feel free to ask anything ( a 24hour reception is available since entry is from a local minimarket).

Excellent location and 15 minute walk from the main train station. A range of restaurants to suit all tastes on your doorstep. We ate at the Japanese restaurant which was 2 minutes away and was excellent. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the shop which serves as the reception is open 24 hours so check in was so easy. The shop sells everything you would need when travelling. The beds are super comfy and we had everything we needed. Very happy

My shower was a bit rubbish but my sister was in the next room and hers was fine.

The room is located about 15 minutes walk from the train/bus station with suitcases. Small, two suitcases are already difficult to open, the room is warm, good shower. Unusually, the entrance to the hotel is through a shop on the ground floor; registration is carried out with the help of a salesperson at the checkout. By the way, the store is open 24/7, which is very convenient if you arrive late, prices are about the same as in other stores. In principle, everything corresponds to the description. If necessary, you can leave your luggage

There was not enough light in the room and the room equipment itself was no longer new; there were no hooks for towels in the bathtub.

I left one of my luggage, the hotel owner spent extra effort to help me sending it via courier. Super ... I don't expect that I will be able get my left stuff. Other is the location is in the center of the city, walking distance to the central train station. In front of the hotel is MC Donald, Local burger, Supermarket, etc. For Asian tourists, you can find instant rice, instant noodles and other things in the supermarket down stairs the hotel.
