It was great for a night. The location is good, the city center is not far even on foot, and the tram stop is really close (less than a 100 meters). However, it's in a sort of a hipster district, if I want to put in nicely :D The breakfast package is a nice starter for the day, but don't expect a huge portion. The bathroom was in a pretty good condition. The kitchen is minimal, but you have a fridge and a microwave so it is practical. And the unique decoration sets a nice atmosphere :) Last but not least, the check-in and check-out times are friendly (3 PM and noon)

My room was next to the staircase and the footsteps were sometimes loud, it might bother some people. The decoration was fun, but the chandelier in the middle of the room was not really compatible with my height :D

Great location 1 min walk from a tram station. Easy check in/out instructions. Fresh breakfast each day which includes a croissant with jam and butter, a pastry, a bottle of juice and coffee and milk pods. Comfy bed and great heating. It does have a mini fridge and kitchenette too.

Bathroom floor wasn't clean (normally I don't mind but there was a LOT of hair and dust) but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Check in is at 3pm and can't be flexible, also no reception or luggage storage facilities is worth noting. We had to use the local train station luggage storage (which is actually great and easy to use).

Location was a ten-fifteen minute walk from the bahnhof.. The surrounding area is quiet but also centrally located to restaurants which I frequent. Room was interestingly appointed in an Alice in Wonder theme.

Plastic chairs were not very comfy for eating breakfast. No place to hang your clothes. Kitchen was sparsely equipped: nothing matched and it seemed like a bunch of odds and ends. The Nespresso worked except the espresso and lungo buttons were reversed. There were only two capsules which were not replenished the next day. My bath mat was dirty and I couldn't locate the cleaning person anywhere in the building to ask for a clean one. The outside window shutters were completely broken on one window which made the room somewhat dark.

Kitchenette and dining area very small but kitchen was really well kitted out. Great for self catering. Bathroom was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable. Location suited us well as it was within walking distance of the central train station and shops.

Generally very pleased with our stay but it was difficult to see in the kitchen/ dining corridor area. Décor was dark and lighting dim. If coeliac, make sure you have your own supplies for breakfast as, apart from coffee, nothing gluten free provided.

The property's location is fantastic! It's close to train and tram stations, making transportation a breeze, and Zurich Airport is just 20-30 minutes away. Initially, the building's exterior didn't catch my eye, but the interior is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is a big plus, adding to the property's overall appeal. Great find!

One thing I'd mention is that the room was pretty small, but overall it was a good stay. The location, cleanliness, and amenities like the kitchen made up for the compact space. Would still recommend!"

Except for what i mentioned below I had everything i needed. Very functional and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit too light. Would have been nice to have a piece of bread for the butter and jam. Couldn t find a plate to eat on.

The room was big enough for my family and me to stay in. It was ready for us before the check-in time, which was very handy as we could store our luggage there and go for a city walk without carrying our heavy suitcases. In the morning, breakfast was already hung on our door—a very thoughtful touch. We had a great stay. Thank you! We will definitely come back if we are going to visit Switzerland again!!

It’s a pity that the property doesn’t have a lift, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the 4th floor. However, when we were leaving, the staff helped us carry them down. We really appreciated that!

It is 15 min walk from Zurich central. The price, which includes breakfast, is very good. The decor of the rooms were nice and check in and out is easy.

The usb ports in room 202 didn’t work, I didn’t have a travel plug so could not charge phones. There was an empty bottle behind the bedside cabinet, so the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. In 402 there was no toilet roll, luckily we had family staying in 202 so we took a roll from them. I checked out at 9am and got multiple messages asking me to clear our belongings and leave the room hours later, after already depositing our keys in the check out box. It wasn’t our room and this could have been avoided as we was not the guests staying in the room of 102.

We stayed in the family/6-person "Mamma Mia" room which was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities included and decor was lovely. We had a little trouble understanding the checking in process, and was worried as I knew there was no staff on site, but I called the phone number and the staff member was very helpful and got us sorted out.

The lack of elevator was known before we booked, so can't say it was a real problem. Location is good, not great (it's a bit of a walk to the more interesting parts of Zurich). Overall, we liked the place and would recommend it.

The Henry Hotel is a charming little guest house right next to Limmatplatz. It's great value for money and is well connected by trams and public transport. You can hop on a tram or even walk to the Zürich HB station and the famous Bahnhofstrasse. Check-in was easy and scary at the same time because the last digit of the code was erased on the key. Unless it was a game and they wanted us to play it. It was purely guess work. I urge the management to take note of this for room 202. The breakfast box hung on the door was very thoughtful and the croissant which kept us going till we boarded the flight was yummy. Overall, a great option for a short stay in Zürich.
