The hostel was basic , simple , centrally located near station , restaurants , cinemas ... The management and staff were helpful and friendly...Beds are wide and sturdy ... Clean fresh sheets... Modern washing machine / Dryer - Full wash for 5 Franc...Outside deck ...Good guests from a wide variety of places..It's not the Ritz but it's not the pits.

The Hostel was fine but it's in a fairly rough neighbourhood... Friday and Saturday nights are a bit raucous but I am armed with ear plugs and eye covers so am immune to noise and light pollution.... Surprisingly the streets are very clean and devoid of litter in the morning which is a credit to the municipal authorities .

The staff was pretty nice, greetings to Oscar and the owner!, the location might give you a wrong vibe of what it really is. It’s not even dangerous, just a “curious” city block tho :) you can chill, no need to actually worry about! Best Cheap option in center, next to train station (Hauptbahnhof). Enjoy the city!

The Bed was very confortable and the room cosy, windows are well isolated from outside temperature. Also the team is very helpful, they answer fast through Whatsapp.

The only thing I could critic if I want to be picky: A micro-wave, a toaster in the kitchdn and some lockers in the living room would be practical but the hostel in Konradstrasse 50 is brand new and the beds are new, very confortable,windows well isolated , kitchen is well -equipped.

Its a good hostel with friendly staff and comfortable beds. Specially thanks to Oscar. He'll make sure all your needs are met, and is prompt to help you with any requirements. Its a social hostel, and they have amenities to cook and a nice terrace.

The area/location is not the best. And sadly its what lets the place down. Alot of addicts/prostitutes. But if you're looking for a genuine experience, and a real insight into Zurich. Then do not shy away.

Don't let the chaos on the streets keep you away. This place was very welcoming, host and staff friendly and helpful. Kitchen was a fun place, usable and well stocked with essentials, so there was alot of cooking. Overall good atmosphere, would come again.

Bathrooms could probably use renovation at some point. But they were usable and clean enough.

I loved the location to the train station. I had EVERYTHING I needed from Aldi to trains to water access on the sea, bus stops all around, it was great.

The exact neighborhood was a magnet for panhandlers but so many major cities are impacted by this. Otherwise, late nights restaurants, bars, cafes and minute markets were all over near the hostel.

Oscar, the manager, was absolutely the best part! He’s so nice and respectful, and always taking care of us.

Actually the zone, the street it is dangerous! Please, if you are a woman traveling alone, maybe find other place. Oscar it’s wonderful, but I don’t think you feel save knowing around it’s so insecure, especially at night!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stay2 Night hotel during my business trip to Zurich, Switzerland, and I must say it was an absolutely igniting experience! Staff- they are all nice and friendly and very helpful and easy to approach. Cleanliness - you can always see people making sure that the bathroom and the kitchen area is nice and clean. Location - very ideal. within the city. I can always walk from Zurich HB back to the Hostel easily. Value for Money - as a very budget traveler I can’t find other hostel that give the price that they offer for their accommodation and they’re are located just within the city center.

The location at first was a little bit sketchy as it’s within the red light area/party area. But after staying for 5 nights I never had any bad encounters with the people around. I realized I’m in Zurich and this is a very safe city. 🙂

As someone who's travelled to more than 20 countries and stayed at many different places, i must say, Amid is the Best host ever. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was supposed to check out at 10, but Amid allowed me and 2 other girls to only check out at 19h00, he was soooo considerate of our situation. Ooohhh BTW, he also showed us his secret stash of swiss chocolate, AMAAAAAAAAAAZING

I arrived the day the place opened so 1st day there was no wifi, but following day we had super super fast wifi. So, this isnt an issue anymore
