Superb location, comfy bed, FREE coffee/tea at the lobby. It was an easy 3minute walk from the main train station with migros nearby to buy things you need. My daughter loved the bed and in general, we love how clean the hotel room was when we arrived. We booked a room for 3 persons (one single, one bunk bed)

They sent a message right away to do online check in. We didn't know that doing it days before would help us enter the guesthouse building easily without going to the other hotel lobby for manual check in. Minor thing, but had I known, I spent extra time to do it online :)

Great value in central Zurich. The location next to main railway station, tram lines and main bus station for tours is excellent. 20 minute walk to the restaurant street Niederdorfstrasse and Polybahn funicular. There is a great Lebanese restaurant and a mini market on the same block. Lift and free coffee in the lobby were appreciated. The room was minimalist but clean and comfortable.

Prepare to do some phone typing in the street for entry - not optimal if it's cold or raining! I had done pre check-in and payment online but still had to enter booking details on my phone to get in the door. On tiny phone screen interface I was confused about the entry for dates of stay (you were supposed to highlight including the departure day), so it could not find my booking and I had to go to hotel (lovely staff who fixed my entry so I had electronic key). Later we met someone standing there trying to enter her credit card details for the city tax, to get her booking processed.

Location was great, 3 minutes' walk to Zurich HBF and bus station. There is grocery and restaurants in front of the hotel, and one can also go to the train station to buy bread etc since the hotel is literally beside the train station. Room was small but I think the space is decent for two people and area was maximized with small cabinet, washroom and small table for coffee. No kettle available but coffee and tea is free at the hotel's lobby so you can have as much coffee and tea. Communicating by WhatsApp is also not a problem as they respond quickly.

I wish there are at least 3 or 4 pillows. The online key is a bit tricky to use at first and it wasn't working on our second to the last day, so we have to take the physical key in the main hotel reception which is 2 minutes' walk from the guesthouse.

Very comfortable mattresses, very close to the train station. Hotel reception open all hours! Liked · This was a last minute booking when we couldn't get where our reservations were scheduled thanks to many delays and ineptitudes of the German trains. We arrived at 2am and I was pleased with how comfortable the beds were, that someone was at the front desk reception at that hour, and that it was so close to the train station so it wasn't difficult wheeling luggage here. Typically, around train stations there is a less safe vibe but that was not the case here. Felt safe. If we ended up in Zurich again unable to move further due to the hour [almost happened due to the Italian train strike] I would have tried to get a room at this place again.

There was no a/c and it was hot. I realize a/c is not normal in this area so fans would have been very helpful. I was traveling w/ my adult sons and the only option for a triple included a bunk. One of my son's is so tall he cannot fit in a twin [or bunk] if there is a footboard. A bunk is disappointing for needing to get up and down throughout the night -but arriving at 2am...at least we didn't have to make many trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I stayed at this hotel for its excellent location — just a short walk from Zurich HB and the main bus station, which made my travel plans much easier. The hotel operates on a fully self check-in system, which was smooth and straightforward. While there isn’t a reception in guest house, the staff in hotel were still incredibly helpful. I had an issue with delayed luggage, and the team was very kind and responsive, offering assistance and support when I really needed it — which I deeply appreciated. The property is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. One thoughtful touch I loved: a coffee machine available all day with complimentary coffee and tea — perfect after long travel days. Highly recommended for independent travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and helpful service when it matters most.

One of the few positive memories from what turned out to be a nightmare trip to Zurich. I’d especially like to thank the kind Asian gentleman at the hotel (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch due to my early check-out the next morning) who went out of his way to help me get to the hospital after I became seriously ill. I'm truly grateful for his support. The hotel's location is excellent—within walking distance of Bahnhofstrasse. The rooms are a bit small, but for Zurich and this price range, it's quite reasonable. I would consider staying here again.

The location was perfect : walking distance for a few minutes to main train station, trams and buses so connectivity to different sites very easy. The building/rooms look new and updated including contactless check-in, entry/exit to and from the room. Breakfast was good although it was served in the sister hotel just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean with modern decor; bed was comfortable. There was 24-hour coffee/tea available in the ground floor. We came in early spring so climate control in the room was not a problem even with the aircon off.

Not much to complain: would be more comfortable if we were given additional pillows and toiletries.

The location is perfect and very near public transportation ( main train station, trams, buses) and with many available food/supermarket locations. The room has ample space which is clean, including comfortable bed. Appreciated the coffee/tea availability 24 hours a day in the ground floor. The breakfast is delicious and complete. Entry/exit to and from the property is conveniently done online. Staff very helpful and responsive to our needs.

Very minor : 1. More pillows ( only one pillow provided per guest ) 2. Toiletries in bathroom limited to two-in-one hair/body shampoo 3. Small elevator ( could accommodate only 3 persons) and sometimes it took time to wait

Great location, easy to find, convenient for the train station , trams, Close to the centre. I was offered early check in but instead I left my luggage in the hotel on arrival . I stayed in the smaller building which was very quiet at night The single room( I booked the larger size) was bright cheerful ,easy to clean ,functional and well designed for an easy stay. The hot drinks machine downstairs was a bonus . I will happily stay here on my next trip.

I found the mattress supportive but a bit hard. As I only stayed 1 night I did not ask the hotel for help..
