Price, ease, facilities to stay directly at the Zurich airport is wonderful. Love that the hotel has a very comfortable public lounge area with 24 hour service and signs posted to "chat with your fellow traveler". Extra special surprise, check out the beautiful park behind the Circle! (Circle Park / Flughafenpark). Swiss engineering never ceases to amaze me. Similar to dorm/hostile stay with privacy. Quality bathroom products.

Nothing bad, only points for future travel reference. The top capsule is a bit difficult if you are older due to the size of the step and platform, just a bit too small. Also, there are luggage security cables under the pod but website does not mention needing a lock. Pods are in secure rooms but common bathroom is out in public place. Slippers and cover nice to bring along. WiFi is Zurich Airport with your reservation code as password.

Directly across from check in area 1 (ie. directly across the road). Easy to find - follow the directions in the airport to check in area 1 and there you are. Amazing that many of the reviews grumbling about it being hard to find don’t bother to mention how to locate. It does what it says on the tin - the capsules are cosy and, well, capsules. Perfect as a stopover for flights or train. I had a 5:30am train and it more than adequately covered what I needed. Lots of showers with shampoo and shower gel provided - no hanging around waiting of any description. Easy check in with the app - and easy to operate pin to access room and capsule. I’d go for a lower bunk if you’re less agile - the step ladder to the upper bunk is quite steep and manoeuvring in and out of the capsule can be a bit fiddly.

The doors to each room seems to operate on a ‘slam’ basis only which is annoying and avoidable - it should be possible to adapt them so that there is a ‘soft’ close. Of course, guests could try harder but the doors only seem to fully close with a bit of added pressure, hence the slamming racket.

Location is excellent! Bathrooms are superb!

The noise transfer, even without anyone actually being loud is very noticeable. My door squeaked so loudly, I felt uncomfortable getting in and out of my pod. You could hear every movement of every person entering and leaving the room - which is frequent and at all hours due to it being an airport hotel.

I like the location. Everyone tells you where it's located, and how to get there, but nothing prepares you for actually following the signs when your half-awake. Then knowing exactly which elevator button to press, which is clearly marked. But it's literally right "at" the airport --- says everyone 😭🥸 I like the shower stalls. The door locks. It's clean except for the teen with extreme underarm odor (why, bro, why?!?)

it's actually a pretty cool vibe. Spend the extra for the bottom capsule. **It's my fault for not following the signs for how to get there; it's super clear and not clear at all. Then you finally get there, and you realize how easy it was. You will see. Must stay here.

The pod itself was clean, private, and comfy; however, it was a bit hot. There is air conditioning inside the pod, though it can get claustrophobic at times because of how little air conditioning it has and it being an enclosed area.

First time staying there. Tried to fill out the checkin app but it didn’t fully work. Didn’t matter - staff was right there upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Quick instructions and off to the pod I went. I got an upper pod - make sure you can handle a ladder before you ask for that. Very secure pod and seemed well made. Fresh air is pumped in; two different lights available too. Slept fine - I heard a few people arrive after I lay down, but everyone seemed to be as quiet as they could. Shower and toilets were no waiting in the am which was nice. I didn’t have any luggage except a backpack, but it appeared there was plenty of storage under or near the pods. I suppose your experience depends a lot on others around you in the pods but my area seemed fairly full but quiet enough. They give you earplugs; I personally use a white noise machine which I think was better.

Wasted time with the app - the last entry is to touch to sign, but it would not work. Easier just to show your ID etc when you get there.

Capsules were quite tight to store everything in if you didn’t want to leave items unattended under the bed. Rooms and capsules are securely locked but doesn’t necessarily keep valuables secure from other capsule ‘roommates’. I opted to keep my valuables with me in the capsule for extra security, but there was not much storage space to do so when sleeping. Something to consider but by no means a ‘bad’ experience or review. Very much impressed with the quality and simplicity, beds and showers were very clean with staff cleaning every day. Plenty of shops in airport to buy snacks and train into City very easy and cheap enough.

GREAT little place. Really. Especially when there are no trains left back to where you need to go because your plane was much too late. The staff is fantastic, super helpful and warm. The common area was buzzing and really friendly atmosphere. Super clean. Great facilities. Even the pod was adorable and I got the few winks I needed before my early train.

It's very expensive. The high-tech apps and all might take awhile, in the end they are cool. The fact that you can use your phone as a key is pretty awesome. I'm claustrophobic, but this was all I had available to me for my situation, so you'd think that I wouldn't even get IN the pod, but I did, and left it open a crack. However, I did wake up twice, afraid I wasn't getting any air. I cannot imagine closing the door all the way. I was lucky; we had a very quiet (all-women's) room, and everything was okay.

First time I have ever stayed in a hostel/pod and it has exceeded my expectations. Staff were full of energy, very accommodating and kind I managed to get a great sleep My luggage felt really secure I liked the facilities inside like the reception/lounge, gym, showers... all ace No noise issues either Location is perfect, few mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the centre of zurich. You can get a 24hr ticket for 14euros and this entities you to go on any of the lake or river tours!

The only thing I'd say to be aware of is it does get quite warm in the pods, so be careful not to overheat You can easily open the door to cool down:)

Right next to Check-in 1, cleanliness, large number of showers and toilets, towel and shampoo/shower gel provided, locker room to store larger pieces of luggage, proximity to food hall, staff at capsule hotel were exceptional, good price compared to actual hotels in the same proximity to the airport.

The large number of people that can be accommodated in each room where the capsules are located can be bothersome at times. Also if you have the top capsule, when a person enters their ground floor capsule you can feel the vibration. Overall I would still take the top capsule if I were to use again, but you must keep in mind that access to top capsules are through a ladder.
