The hotel has an enviable collection of modern art. Lakeside location, beautiful terrace and right beside boat dock, for easy touring or transport to Zurich. Also simple access to train station. An easy place to stay without a car. Rooms are quiet. Comfortable beds and good linens. Not just a variety of pillows but encouragement to select pillows of choice. Very friendly staff; beautiful building and setting.

The rooms with views seem limited. Either a partial lake view or small window that you have to walk up to to see the lake. No expansive views, or at least none that were offered to us. Steps inside some rooms could be problematic for some guests but you can request room without steps. No a/c that I am aware of, except a portable unit that is a bit noisy. But better than nothing. Zurich can be quite warm in summer, so not sure I would recommend Jun-Sept.

Although our stay was short we enjoyed it very much. There was an ease to it I appreciated. Our room had a beautiful view on the lake and the hotel is close to a small lovely park. We enjoyed the desserts and tea in the afternoon from the outside garden, which I could bring to our room. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The bathroom has excellent toiletries (Grown Alchemist) and their home made bath salts.

We see this in other Swiss hotels but there was no water kettle in the room. This was quickly solved with a flask of hot water from the kitchen which we got refilled at meals. It might be good to have a few kettles to lend to guests that ask for it. It would have been nice to be asked it we needed help with our luggage.

The hotel is located in a lovely sunny spot by the lake with easy access to the small harbour, the local park and the town of Küsnacht. It also has a designated area for relaxation reserved for hotel guests by the water, as well as a fine dining restaurant and a beer garden serving a wide range of dishes and local produce. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is exceptionally good. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and very accommodating.

I liked all aspects, so there was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel was situated by the lake so when you go out you have quite nice view. Unfortunately I was not able to see this through my window, but no problem - I haven't requested it. Overall very nice place place. Not top, but still very good.

Quite tight when it comes to the parking and manouvring car. One thing I didn't like was the noise. Despite having my windows closed outside noise was making it difficult to sleep, especially in early Sunday morning (5-7AM). Very generic breakfast.

The location was nice, right on the lake, with a path leading (for some time) along the lake. But unfortunately, at Lake Zurich, there are a lot of properties along the lake, where you cannot access it. The room was okay, rather small for the price, on the fourth floor, so rather quiet. All in all a nice place, well thought out for an older building/hotel.

I could not connect to the suggested internet access and access to my Swiss internet provider was blocked. - The bed was extremely soft, which I haven't experienced in any good hotel I stayed in the past few years.

I liked the cleanliness, the facilities, and the location. I love the quiet lake, the small-town feel, the nearby gas station, hair salon, access to Ferry, and CG Jung Institute.

I wish the restaurant had more options. For me I stayed for 6 days and I felt there were not a lot of options.

Beautiful historic building right on the lake front. Excellent friendly helpful staff especially Claire. Cozy lounge. Delicious restaurent where Thomas Mann, Vladamir Lenin and Carl Jung atr. Museum quality art and furnishings. Walking distance to Jung Institute and easy access to train station. Wonderful view. It is not just famous hotel, it is an experience.

The only problem was connecting to Wifi was unnecessarily complicated

Friendly welcome, nice accommodation and large rooms fully meeting our expectations. Parking available. Hotel next to lake offers great views. Close to train station offering easy access to Zurich downtown in 10 to 15mins max.

Breakfast offering functional, staff correct but lacks courtesy and imagination, bar is a bit small and not very cosy.

It was a beautifully decorated room with a totally comfortable bed. As the hotel is located directly on the water and also functions as a museum, it has an extremely nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, I couldn't feel comfortable in the spa area because one person was constantly behaving inappropriately. Unfortunately, this is tolerated by the hotel, as I was informed after consultation.
