The property has most of the amenities expected in a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a nice experience every day. The roof bar is another beautiful place to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Location is a plus for me because it meant I had to walk a few blocks to reach the shopping center in Zurich. I can’t say there was a single major thing that I did not like.

I traveled with my son to Zurich but this property does not cater to guests not sharing the same bed as there were no rooms with separate beds.

The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.

A very minor thing, the quality of the shower caps (they often break after the first use). Still, not a dealbreaker.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent in my whole life! When I visit Zurich again, this hotel will be one of the main reasons!

I wish I traveled and stayed with more people so we could enjoy the bar and restaurants together!

- small but grand - free minibar is always a plus - upgrade upon arrival appreciated - fridge was cold - the whole bathroom was incredible - location is good - tv was great - they gifted us hats that are beautiful - next to the opera house

- to my taste it’s was a little far from the center of action - house keeping staff should be a little considerate I just removed the don’t disturb button and all it took was 10 seconds for her to knock twice and open the door - dine In menu was a little simplistic I couldn’t order anything - the table and chairs in the corner room is annoying to sit on they remind me of wooden chairs that are used in cafes to force people to not overstay their welcome - when guests close their doors near our room we can hear the big boom inside our room

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great! Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Zurich.

The closet space was sooo small. Barely held my clothes and I had to keep most my clothes in my bag. That's the only comment I have otherwise everything was great.

Didn't eat in the hotel or use the facilities as I was out everyday. Hotel was very clean and modern with nice touches. Staff were really nice.

What I wanted from the hotel I got and I chose it for the fact I could a room with a balcony and in a central location.

Service at this hotel was top notch, with the staff positively catering to all our needs. The hotel is ideally located near the lake a few minutes away from the main happening places in Zurich. I wouldn't bother having breakfast anywhere else as the food and service was excellent, I specially liked the salmon eggs Benedict. I would definitely stay here whenever I am back in Zurich.

I probably loved Zurich more because of this hotel. Amazing room and excellent restaurant options! Very competent and welcoming staff throughout all departments. Will definitely visit again.

Perfume in the air system in common areas caused me severe allergies. Too strong and heavy. Need lighter fragrance. Slightly overpriced, but very nice views.
