Nice rooms with good sofabed for child or 3rd adult. Located close to technopark tram station line 4 and Hardbrucke station

Hotel had mailed saying checking would be available by 2pm but when we reached around 2.30 rooms were not ready Otherwise nothing much to complain

Location: The hotel is near (7 min) from the train station that takes you directly to the airport. The train to the Rhein falls or Rapperswill departures also from this train station. The centre of Zurich and the lake is within 30min by tram. The tram station is 5 minutes from the hotel. The area around the hotel is safe. Accomondation: The room was clean and quite large. The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Glutenn free corner of the breakfast. Wonderful swiming pool. Very interesting and creative area in the hall when people can sit, chat, read the book, work at notebooks and relax. We appreciated it!

Since there were a lot of people coming for breakfast, the staff did not have time to not only clean up but also replenish the food. At the same time people also took food from the gluten free corner. Therefore, for the person with strict gluten -free diet, there was nothing leaft to eat (even eggs) and staff was not at all willing to bring something gluten free.

the hotel's room was very spacious, bigger than we expected we had a good space by the entrance to comfortably open 3 big luggage the kids slept comfortably on the sofa bed and the master bed was also comfortable. check in was smooth and receptionist was very helpful breakfast options were nice and there's a small swing set outside where the kids can play while you enjoy your morning coffee. the tram stop is around 5 mins away.

the one thing I hated as soon as I entered the hotel was seeing a bath tub in the toilet, it just needs to be removed and changed into a normal shower so we can easily bathe the kids and ourselves without getting the whole toilet wet. -Zurich doesn't have a free city pass sadly so the hotel can't provide it however they can help you figure out the prices of the locations you wish to visit.

Location - fair enough, close to tram station, some groceries (a little bit walking). Staff - very friendly and hospitable. Pool - it is really nice but when it gets crowded, little kids can not enjoy the swimming and the smell of chlorine is too much during our stay.

Room - quite expensive for its size but its in Switzerland, expect everything is expensive :) Cleaning Staff - we ask the front desk if possible to change the bed sheets and pillow cases on our 3rd day because there are some dirt cause by the kids but then, they did not change them at all. They only clean the floors they can see and not those under the bed or desk. Air- Condition - the front desk informed us on the 2nd night after we called that the air-conditioning seems not working and they said, for some season, it is regulated throughout Switzerland and we can not increase not decrease the temperature and therefore, we end up opening the windows at night.

comfort bed and clean. I stayed in Switzerland for 10 days in 4 different places, 3 other places provided the very soft and thin pillow which is very difficult to sleep, only Novotel gave the good pillow we need! I was at first sorry worry about location being too far out from city, in fact it’s very convenient to take tram number 4 to go to city without change or transfer of tram.

check in process is not smooth, I could only check in at 3.45pm when it was supposed to be 3pm

Comfortable, excellent location. Outstanding staff. Alice was a friendly welcoming face from the moment we arrived and immediately rectified an issue with the baby cot as soon as we reported it.

It was an excellent stay. Room could have been a little cleaner and we noticed debris in the very worn travel cot which was immediately replaced when reported to Alice on reception - she was a godsend.

Positive experience staying at this Novotel Zürich west location. Clean rooms, friendly staff, best location for accessing tram(just 5 mins walk ) and zurich HB station is like 10 mins from the hotel. There is a pool and Gym as well

My personal preference breakfast options could have been better but I understand the hotel welcomes guest from multiple region and they need to accommodate all guest

The hotel pool was great. It wasn't too big, but we had a lot of fun. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was worth the money, especially since kids can eat for free. The rooms were a good size.

Bathroom was too small, and the shower was not pointing in the right direction, making it very hard to use. This hotel is not located close to any tourist attractions, so you have to take a tram or a train to get everywhere. Therefore, it's not ideal if you are in Zurich for a holiday.

The suite was very comfortable for a family of 3. Room was very clean and the arrangements were adequate. The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and being flexible with our check-in time as well. Very easy access to the tram from the hotel. I recommend this hotel for short to medium length stays.

Not easy to get in touch with Reception or Room Service. No room service available. Bathroom was a bit cramped. The design of the shower causes water to splatter around the bathroom.

Veeeeeery small room, the size of the room and bathroom does not match the description and photos. Far from the center. The coffee machine did not work and our request for its repair was not resolved, no compensation was offered for the non-working coffee machine
