I loved the very convenient location (only a total of 20 minutes to airport), the fact that our room had a small but very functional kitchen, the facilities such as gym, the amazing breakfast buffet, and my personal favorite their lobby with a wide selection of chairs and desks that you can work at or just relax in. I wish every hotel had this!! They also had a machine in front of the front desk serving both still and sparkling water 24 hours a day and coffee from 10:30 or 11 AM until night - I thought this was so thoughtful! Staff were really friendly. One man who with a shaved head was working at the front desk had the most contagious smile and helped me out when I was in search for a pan. Another Spanish lady greeted me during check in and we handed me a welcome bag - she was very kind as well!

The only cons I can think of are the fact that the bathroom had no ventilation so all the humidity from the shower or smells from the bathroom would remain there for a while when the door is closed (which it automatically closes). Also there was no air conditioning so it might have been pretty hot if we had visited in the summer time but we got really lucky with the temperature while we were there!

Good location and efficient room set-up. The rooms were a bit smaller than they appear in the photos, but have cabinet storage space for luggage. We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 travelling with 2 university age sons. Afternoon check in was easy, we were able to get into our rooms early with no extra fee, and on site reception staff was wonderful. Easy walking distance to Zurich train station, Swiss National Museum, and Altstadt. Kitchenette had just the right needed items for us. Grocery stores are several blocks away towards Altstadt. Room was clean. There is a restaurant, laundry facility, workout room, and elevator in the building if needed. The lobby was much cooler than the rooms temperature wise, had plenty of comfortable seating areas, and wifi worked great for a member of our family who did some remote work. There is a quiet atrium near the lobby. The on site reception staff were great. I observed them deal with some difficult customers with grace, and they provided good customer service in handling issues within their scope.

If coming from the US where air conditioning is the norm - this hotel does not have A/C. We were aware of that when we booked. We didn't think it would be too much of a discomfort as we planned on mostly being out and not in the rooms that much. With the heat wave and being on an upper floor, it was at times uncomfortably hot. A fan was provided and we opened the windows at night to cool down the room. Unfortunately, with loud people outside the back of the hotel late at night we were woken up several times. To avoid this perhaps check for rooms that open to the central courtyard above the atrium which might be more quiet. If you visit other than in summer during a heat wave, this probably wouldn't be an issue.

Good location walkable with suitcase from station. Seems to be an ibis as well which was a surprise but has a large bar and restaurant area and lifts. room was cute with kitchenette and bar stools. Nice comfy bed and good shower

Room is a bit small once suitcases opened up. Noisy people upstairs ruined for us, the reception did offer to move us 24 hours after I sent message in booking.com. i could have gone down to report it but it was late and eventually stopped. only feedback would be read messages and check your auto messages as I was getting weird stuff about checking out before I even checked In.

Comfortable, and clean

*Poor Service at Check-In Counter** The staff at the check-in counter were unhelpful and unfriendly. When I approached, she asked me to wait, claiming she was busy, even though other staff members nearby were idle and did not offer assistance. After waiting for five minutes, she still appeared occupied, forcing us to finally seek help from the next counter. As frontline staff, assisting guests should be the top priority over other tasks. The lack of teamwork and willingness to serve was disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer experience.

It’s spacious for family and easier for us to make milk and food for the baby. It is located at the same place as Ibis Style hotel.

It’s quite far from the train station and you will need to take tram to reach. The road is also under maintenance so it’s not convenient for us to drag the luggages and carry baby across 2 roads. No cot were set up for our baby as well so it’s not a baby friendly place to stay in. It’s quite costly since it’s not exactly very near the train station in station. The staff are also not very friendly as well out of all the places we have stayed in Switzerland.

Location is excellent, only a short walk from the train station and central. Rooms are sound proofed and so it's very quiet. The breakfast, a bit costly, but nice choices Yuka restaurant is very nice and does a superb fondue. Strong powerful shower Well equipped room if you want to make your own breakfast etc Gym and Sauna also available.

The beds are not hugely comfortable, they are all sofa beds and feel like it. People smoking right outside the front door, please move them along to the end of the hotel, where the staff were, near the cow!

Excellent central location, This apart/hotel located 5 minutes walk from zurich centre and all transport links was fairly priced warm and comfortable. The room was clean, wifi worked excellently without disruption and an excellent. high pressure shower!

The Apartment was let by Adagio which of course is lined to IBIS, neither myself nor the taxi driver were aware of this fact and were looking for a building with that sign. A quick call soon cleared that point up but perhaps it might be a simple affair that will reduce future confusion for others.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the station and is well connected by a nearby tram for those who prefer not to walk. Complimentary coffee and tea are available throughout the day. Our accommodations included a one-bedroom apartment and a studio room, both of which were comfortable. The kitchen in each unit was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for cooking. The rooms provided ample space for a family.

"The hotel provided our rooms quite late, around 6pm, and the male receptionist's demeanor was rather rude. After requesting to speak with the manager, she intervened and facilitated an earlier room allocation for us, along with providing a complimentary breakfast."

The hotel had a restaurant in the lobby and was in walking distance to Zurich HB train station. The street had restaurants and was fairly busy, making taxis and buses very accessible. The staff were friendly and professional.

The location of the hotel was not really in the tourist area, but rather a 15 to 20 minute walk away. There was no air conditioning but the rooms weren't hot.

I frequently visit Zurich and gravitate toward this hotel. What the hotel has to offer for the cost is very reasonable. Anyone who has been to Switzerland knows how crazy expensive it can be, and finding a place of good value with a good location is challenging. Adagio is a short walk to the train stations, and trams are nearby. You can get to Central Zurich with a good 15-minute walk. The location is also quiet.

The only thing I did not like was where my room was on the 4th floor. I had a corner suite near the street level (Yes, the hotel is on a slope), so I could hear and see people passing through my window. The other thing that is not the hotel's doing but a law by the Kanton of Zurich is that there is no proper Air Conditioning. The "AC" is an airflow system, so be prepared to be uncomfortable if there is a heat wave. I hope that your room has good shade surrounding it.
