Wonderfully stylish, well provisioned and comfortable hotel, great communal space and facilities, very comfortable bed, varied and tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

We weren’t advised when we arrived of the option to book breakfast in advance so ended up paying extra on the first morning.

Really cool hotel with loads of quirky features that were a big hit with our kids. Beds super comfy including the bunks (husband slept on the top bunk and said it was real comfy) Outdoor pool was amazing after a day walking around the city in 32 degrees heat. Really liked the touch of giving complementary mini bar items (chocolate bar, peanuts and drinks) and a day bag to borrow for exploring. Decor is very modern and high quality Pool table and funky work stations were popular with our kids in the lobby area. One of the best city hotels we've stayed in. Decided to add on one more night to explore more and swim in the lake. The staff went out of their way to reduce the hassle of making us switch rooms. Tram stop immediately outside got us to the main railway station within 10 minutes and the lake within 20 mins. Zurich is a fab city one of our favourites.

The room was very big we had the twin room which was a bunk bed. I thought in Zurich it was going to be a tiny room but it was really bug and spacious and the bathroom was lovely filled with Soder soap etc. I thought the staff were very accommodating and available to help at any time. We were at the football for the Euros and it was a 20 minute walk to the stadium so perfect for events.

It is in the Zurich west district so a little way from the old town (but easy access with a tram). The bunk bed was higher than expected which is something to bear in mind if you are short / worried about heights/ have mobility challenges.

The hotel had a great vibe. The decor, lighting, and interior design had an artistic energy that appealed to our teenage daughter. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were well equipped with large showers. There was a good-sized desk and a free mini bar. While outside the heart of Zurich, the hotel was in a new up-and-coming area that blends businesses, housing, and the design college with alternative spaces and eateries. A bus stop outside the hotel meant we could get to the centre within 10 minutes. We had a relaxed dinner at the hotel restaurant but unfortunately did not have time to check out the pool or gym. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, no late night door slamming!

Our only gripe was that the duvets provided were thick, and the pillows were very small. There was no comfortable seating in the room except for the desk chair. We didn't ask for alternative bedding, so perhaps this issue is on us!

The staff was impeccable, exceedingly welcoming, and very helpful. I needed help booking some tickets, and the lovely lady at the reception patiently assisted me. At night, I had dinner in their restaurant. Ok so the food could have been better; my fish was well cooked but the veggies were greasy. The pizza looked excellent though, but the service was excellent. The next morning, I had complimentary coffee, which was very good and went up to the sauna. They normally begin the sauna at 12 but they put it on especially for me. The sauna and yoga room is lovely, very restful and equipped with everything one needs. I loved everything about this hotel, the design, the calm, the service. Location is subjective. It was my first time in Zurich so I was not too sure whether I wanted to stay in the city center and although the hotel is easily accessible into town, you might end up paying slightly more for transportation. All in all though, this is truly a lovely hotel and I will stay there again if the opportunity came up.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean. It is really close to tram stop (Toni Areal), making it very convenient to get to the city center in 10-15 minutes with tram number 4 running every 10 minutes. There are groceries stores like coop or migros nearby, as well as a coffee shop. Lobby and restaurant area were lovely and cozy with pool and football tables available. I also appreciated the ability to store luggage both before check-in (if you arrive early) and after check-out (if your flight is later in the day).

The bathroom lacked privacy due to a window that allowed visibility from outside, since there was no curtain as shown in hotel pictures. Additionally, the room lighting was a bit dim, making it a bit difficult to see properly. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.

Everything..... Right from the start till end..... Let me give the details 1. Location - Take Tram no. 4 from Zurich HB towards Zurich Altstten and alight at Toni Areal.....after a 10 min joy ride. The hotel is 100m from the team stop..... Next to Sheraton. Be cautious as they have another branch nearer to the station at Langstrasse. There's 2 large supermarkets close by which operate Mon - Sat 2. Reception - manned by very cheerful staff. I interacted with Nicola, Michelle, Pati and another bearded guy (apologies for forgetting his name) and during my 4 nights stay..... And man..... They would do everything to respond to you with a genuine warmth and smile. A big shout out to the reception staff 👍👍 3. Decor - It gives the look of a boutique hotel and had some nice setup..... They are into some green initiative and that's being promoted everywhere 4. Room - A very decent sized room with extremely comfortable beds. Toilet comes with a shower area with an very nice rain shower 5. Highlight - Mini bar in the room is complimentary. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I came across a such a gesture. They have a stock of 2 beers, 2 colas, one small pack of potato chips and one small chocolate. And guess what? They would refill it on request. It maybe costing them an extra 5-10 USD but creates a tonne of goodwill 6. Breakfast - our booking didn't include breakfast. Their buffet costs 26 - 32 CHF and they also have a grab and go option of 9 CHF 7. Food - They have an Italian restaurant (with room dining option) with prices comparable to other mid range restaurants. I could see a Indian Nepali restaurant in the vicinity. For more options, take the tram till Limmetplatz where you can have many options at different price range 8. Housekeeping - as a part of their green initiative, they do housekeeping only on demand. You've to inform them at the reception or hang one of the 25 very creative for signs 9.

Though I liked everything, perhaps these are the few areas which the hotel can consider to improve 1. Room lighting - Though it's very romantic, one does need some brighter lights some time 2. WiFi tends to drop off if idle 3. Zurich transport pass is not provided which most of the other hotels do. So if you don't have a Swiss travel pass or any other pass, traveling in the tram a few times a day can be expensive

The staff are exceptional, the ambiance and sense of luxury made staying very relaxing. Food was good and the hotel is conveniently situated near a tram stop - 10 mins to centre of town. Our room was very nice - all lovely extra touches and details, luxurious bedding and drapes and fabulous electric shutters to keep out the very early morning sun. We also had a little balcony. The pool looked very inviting - unusual in size and location, but beautifully maintained, we unfortunately did not dip our toes this time.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. All the small and stylish details. Modern, convenient. We even had a Bluetooth speaker in the room. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice (including the freshly squeezed juice and the selection of teas).

1) the hotels website says you can get the robe and the sleepers for the sauna on reception. But we were told we can only get towels (the sauna on the 6th floor is nice though) 2) we saw a mouse not far from the reception. We let the staff know but not sure if anything was done. 3) you can hear the train when sleeping (can be an advantage though)
