Good location, modern and clean room.

Reception area is not open 24/7. When you arrive after 8pm, they have set up a system to provide the keys, but it would be better and more convenient to simply hire somebody for normal fulltime reception.

Very comfortable and cosy, really nice room, when I revisit Zurich I will definitely stay here again. We arrived at midday and the staff had our room ready by 1pm, as it was a 3pm check in, which really helped after a long morning travelling

I like the location of the property in Old Town as it was surrounded by shops and restaurants. Public transportation was only a few meters away. Room was clean complete with hot pot & fridge but no air conditioning but a fan was provided in the room and it was still cold in the evenings of April. Breakfast was basic but hearty.

I like the location but hotel was located on a sloping alley and it was a but difficult for me big luggages. Since there was no AC, we kept the windows slightly open but we can hear the people talking or walking by the hotel even at 1pm.

Excellent location, friendly staff with everything needed for our stay. We liked the extra touches, such as a rucksack in the wardrobe you could use during your stay.

Some might not like that the reception isn’t open 24/7. However we found the sister hotel excellent, we accidentally left our key in our room when going back for an umbrella. We were informed at booking of the reception hours and had taken a photo of the numbers to call. The sister hotels are located a quick 10 minute walk away it a few stops on the tram, it didn’t take long to get a replacement key. I don’t recall the numbers being on the outside of the building or sent with the information received from the hotel, if we didn’t have the photo it may have taken longer to resolve. But as mentioned, you are told at check in, it’s included in multiple reviews and staff were professional and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to get to from the Main Train Station in Zurich - only 4 stops on the tram. It was clean and comfortable for 2 nights.

It would have been good for a person to be available at reception after 8pm and before 11am as we checked in and out after these times.. We did not need to use the digital lock (not sure if it was working properly). There should be a note to advise the cost of the city tax. The room was OK for 2 nights but quite small and tight for 2 people. The room was also quite warm and we could not work out how to adjust the room temperature. The first night we slept with windows open but there was a bit of noise from the street outside. The second night we used the Dyson fan which was better but still a bit noisy.

The location... and the room looks newly renovated. It seems clean and cozy...

There was just a little bit of communication gap when the desk staff gave instructions regarding the key card and the mobile key to our room before our arrival, as they closed before we arrived. It wasn't clearly stated that their front desk is located in a different building, so there was no one to meet and greet us, which is very critical for us as it was our first time in Zurich. However, our stay was really good because of it's great location. It is located in the center of Zurich which is really accessible by walk to most of the attractions.

Clean room and bright white decoration. Plenty of hot water with a good sized bathroom and underfloor heating. The breakfast was good and all the staff were lovely. Very good location for lower half of the old town in Zurich and close to the lake. About 15min walk from the main railway station but the views are great as you follow the river toward the lake. You can alternatively hop on a tram that are very frequent.

No view from the bedroom or dining room but that's not uncommon I think for a Zurich old town hotel.

The hotel is very modern and quirky, mellow colors, massive bathroom and ventilators available for warm summer days. The staff working at reception were very kind. Hotel is clean, very centric and sophisticated. Little fridge with welcome water.

This is not related to this particular hotel but in Zurich generally speaking the check in times are not suitable for travelers arriving either early during the day or late at night. Check in is at 11am, we arrived by train at 8am. Luckily staff working on the breakfast service were kind enough to leave our bags at reception.

The location is incredible. The room was big enough for three people to feel free in it. The private rooftop was everything we dreamed of - amazing view and a small space to sit in the evening.

The only thing is that the room wasn't cleaned daily- maybe it was our fault as well for sleeping in late, and not letting the staff know when we're out of the room. Also the room is staffed with three fans which where better than none but still the weather was hard, so be aware during summer time. Other than that we had a great experience at Rossli!

Location is great, right int he old town of Zurich. The rooms are very stylishly done, with lots of attention to detail. Our room even had a Dyson bladeless fan which is a very nice touch indeed. Cleanliness is not an issue at all; the room was spotless. The receptionist, Elena, was patient and courteous. The reception is actually in another building across the (narrow) street. The hotel is very close to the Helmhaus tram stop and about a ten-minute walk from the Central Train Station, along the river bank

Lift is a bit small, can take three persons without luggage, one of at most two, with luggage. The bathroom is fine, however, a minor issue was that the bath water would only drain very very slowly. This might just be a peculiarity of the specific tub in the room
