I cannot pinpoint why I enjoyed my stay at Zürich Niederdorf – Grossmünster so much since everything was just right. Whereas the apartment was compact, which was fine with me, it was also modern, tasteful and functional. I appreciated that the washer was in the unit. The building was impeccable and access was with keypads so no fuss with lockboxes and keys. I found the location ideal. A main street is one block away but the building is perfectly located in the pedestrian oriented old town. What did standout about my stay was the exceptional concierge-level guest service James provided. Without going into the specifics, the professionalism and helpfulness of James and his team is a lasting fond memory.

A very comfortable apartment in a good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk. Keypad entry (no worrying about keys). Close to main sights of Zurich. Fully functional kitchen.

First floor near a bar means some noise in the evenings. Lots of work on roads and infrastructure in the area is a bit noisy during the day, but this should be temporary.

This property is so beautiful and modern and in the most ideal location. Just downstairs from the apartment are lovely restaurants which are even open late at night. We appreciated this very much. The bedding is comfortable and the maid service was an unexpected treat. Even the silverware is shiny and new and there is a coffee machine in the kitchen. Tasty little snacks were available (we did not encounter this extra attention to detail in any other apartments we have stayed in during our tour). It’s very easy to access the apartment and the room because you don’t have to carry around a key.

I loved everything about this place. This was a small, yet very organized apt which didn’t feel small. We walked in and it smell fresh and very clean. I loved the attention to detail. Little chocolates left on the bed. This is an apt with hotel feel due to all the attention to details. Minibar was available, toiletries, All the extras that typically don’t come with an apt. I loved this place. The location was superb, best tapas place right outside. Walkable to all the main sites. Communication was very fast and easy. James was an excellent host. Next time we come back this os where I’m staying. Gem in the middle of old town

The property is in an amazing location, was clean and comfortable.

It wasn’t a warm night so I could close the glass doors but I can see how on a hot night, if you want the air con on you have to have the doors open for the extraction pipes and the was noise from the street would be loud

Great kitchen and shower

Very loud people at the bar that is just out side the windows of the apartment. The people noise was every night until late.

I reserved this apartment for a colleague on a business trip and the feedback that I received was exceptionally positive. She enjoyed both its accommodations and location, and contrary to initial concerns, found the atmosphere to be very peaceful , despite its central position. As a result of this experience, I plan to book this apartment again for future shortterm visits by my colleagues.

No breakfast but that actually was no problem because there is a great restaurant serving excellent coffee and bread just 10m from the apartment.

I had a late flight and I had to leave the premises taking them with me. There was no way to leave the luggages in a room or so, picking them up latter, as hotels usually do.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, reliable and fast wifi, superbe location, easy self check in and checkout.

Noise coming from the street is very present. The dining table under the TV is small but OK. The problem is that there’s a box with all the electronics under the table so there’s no room to place your feet.
