this is a fantastic property. our room was large with high ceilings on the 5th floor. it was so quiet even though we were at a main square in the old town. we loved the location and would stay here again. beds were split as requested and we had a fridge and nespresso machine. separate work space around the corner from the beds so my daughter was able to work while i slept. we did not eat at the hotel but had a very good coffee to go in the cafe. easy walking to the train station and all the great restaurants. our room had so much character too. would highly recommend.

we needed to do a little sweeping from behind the dresser where I dropped a card. otherwise the room was immaculate. housekeeping needs to up their game.

Central location with restaurants and shops at and immediately around the hotel. It is also walkable to some attractions like the Grossmunster and Kunsthaus as well as to a large Coop. Short tram ride to central train station. Hotel has a lift which is good for luggage. You can deposit your luggage at the small reception if you arrive early. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Air-conditioning unit is positioned right next to, and at the same level of the bed, so it can get quite cold while sleeping - minor issue.

So many things! I traveled to Zurich solo and this was a GREAT place to stay. For a solo traveler but also in general would be for a couple/more as well! I stayed in the attic room which was very cute, clean, spacious and well taken care of. The mini fridge in the room has some drinks which are all complimentary, and there are some upgraded little amenities too (tooth brush and toothpaste, razor, etc). I LOVED the location. It was truly perfect, it’s so easy to take the tram from Shilquai station (where most tours depart), and to the main train station. Such a cute area of old town, lots of good restaurants, shops and more. I was wondering if it would get noisy at night but it really didn’t. I have so many positive things to say about this property. Really a gem in Zurich ( and it had AC which was so amazing after a long day walking around in the heat).

There’s not much I can even think of. The only thing that’s not a downside, just something to be aware of when you’re booking. Not all rooms have AC so just check that. It will list it!

King bed was comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Rain shower was nice to have , something that is rare in boutique hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was really nice to have. I cancelled some hotels in Zurich because they did not have it. Not all room has it so make sure the right one is booked.

Shower was clogged which affected the drain flow rate. That in turn cause a minor flood in the bathroom. To their credit they correct the problem quickly. Toilet seat was loose, appears the seat separated from a bolt. Hopefully they fit it before next quest arrived. Room was small, similar to many hotels in Japan.

Location, location, location. Absolutely the best part of this property is it’s right in the middle of everything. Short walk to tram, restaurants everywhere and the staff were the friendliest I have ever met. Nice amenities.

That tv is not only mounted in weird place but dangerous getting out of bed at night. Being so green, the toilet paper was a cross between a paper towel and a note pad. Small bathroom and Shower is ridiculously small, you have to turn the water off to suds up. Loud till very late at night because of bar directly below it.

The only sour taste left in my mouth was at the end of my stay when I was asked to pay around an extra SF 40 for some tram tickets issued to me when I was told upon check-in that they would be complimentary under their go green policy as it should be since I had been using public transport to travel within Switzerland.Even by train from Geneva to Zurich.My public transport tickets in Geneva were also issued free by my hotel.So a bit of disappointing end to an otherwise great stay

Perfect location. The staff were brilliant, always greeted us when we arrived and helped when needed. Loved the option to not get the room cleaned and if you didn't, the housekeeping left a bag of goodies on the door. The minibar being refilled each day we did get the room serviced was always welcomed

Keep in mind that this is a busy area, especially at the weekend. This can lead more noise outside but it didn't bother us, I could see how this could bother other individuals

Great location, In the old city. Perfect location for a gay traveler. The room is clean and I slept very well without any noise bothering me. The girls in the reception were really helpful and nice.

The room is really small. The bathroom is extra small and not really convenient. The water from the shower leak. The room i was staying in is suitable for one person only.

The location is fantastic, on a lovely little square right in the Niederdorf (old town), from where you can stroll around all the sights. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were nice. They let me check in 4 hours early which was very much appreciated after a long flight.

The bathroom was a bit small and the kitchen area was tiny but I think that was the trade off for paying a bit less, so no complaints.

The Staff are very friendly and helpful always smiley face and Polite .

The House Keeping is Verry poor need a lot of improvement, a lot of dust in the room below the Bed below the table and some hiding Places.
