My Flight was canceled so I had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. I was super exhausted so a warm shower was there and a super comfortable bed. I slept like a baby!! The breakfast was awesome and I was impressed with the order that people followed for the Timings set apart for the early risers and the lovey dovey sleepers. I also got a ride by there Airport Shuttle Services after my breakfast for my onward journey. It was a short stay but I will definetly revisit them soon. We wanted to stay the night in Zurich close to the airport. This hotel is just 10-15 mins away by bus and the bus station is right outside. The staff was lovely and the lady at the reception was very helpful. I had some things missing in the room and she came up to help with everything.

No intercom/phone in the room and the air con was not working during summer. We set the temperature to 18 and turned the fan on, but even after a few hours the room temperature stayed at 23 degrees. Had to open the window and sleep all night because the room was very hot.

The front desk staff is very nice and the hotel kindly answered my multiple text messages before we arrived (due to concerns we had arriving at a late hour). Our room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. They have a convenient shuttle to/from airport although it’s only free from the airport.

I remember having to use mirror in the hallway bc something about the bathroom mirror wasn’t great. I forget now but whatever frustration wasn’t a big deal for one night but might have been for a longer stay. I can’t remember now if the mirror was missing or perhaps wasn’t lighted so sat on floor by hallway mirror to put on my makeup which wasn’t ideal.

Room was good and clean; location also good. Considering Switzerland is always expensive, I truly believe you get what you pay here.

We had an unfortunate situation with the staff who was at the reception around 2h am. We asked if we could order pizza, he said yes, and then he asked if we could pay with cash because the card machine was disconnected at that time. We said we only had card. He then rolled his eyes, grabbed some kind of file archiver and threw that on his desk with an unnecessary strength. He proceeded to grab the card machine and he charged us for the pizza - which did not take him more than 30 seconds to do so. I don´t get his disappointment of us wanting to eat pizza and pay with card. He could have said "our kitchen is closed" or "we really just take cash" but instead he decided to proceed with a rude behavior.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location of the train station which was close. The coffee shop close by. The strawberry tart/sponge was exceptional

There were several maintenance issues which we worked around. 1) handle came off juliet balcony door 2) sink plug became detached from control knob 3) hairdrier over heated 4) ac didnt seem to work as had to open the window to cool the room down

They let us drop our bags off at the lobby while we waited for the check-in time. Towels and soap were provided, and there was AC. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Asked for a double bed but was given two beds separately. Thankfully, the beds could be zipped together. The WiFi is a bit unreliable. I have to wait a couple of minutes to connect to the WiFi every time I open up my laptop. And once it broke my connection for a while.

Room was clean ,friendly staff, view from the window was looking down the main road , iv stayed in the hotel a number of times always get a room on the same side a room looking out towards the airport would be nice for a change the next time I stay at the hotel, iv stayed at some of the other hotels across the road but would much prefer the bb hotel , friendlier and more relaxed ,

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was enough for 4 people. Clean and quiet. Only stayed one night so was enough for our stay. Booked airport shuttle bus through hotel but was overbooked so had to stand luckily hotel about 10 mins from airport. Did manage to get there on time. Was very close to airport so good facilities for that.

Hotel shuttle bus could be organised a bit better as was overbooked as it was a mini bus and serves all the hotels nearby.

Had to book a last minute hotel due to a flight cancellation, easy access to the hotel via public transport, only took 10 minutes to get there, 24 hour front desk service is ideal in this situation and the room was quiet nice and comfortable. Complementary water in the rooms is also a nice touch.

The bathroom mirror was a bit dirty with a hair on it and some marks

Excellent location for motorways & local services great for Zurich Airport no problem with noise really Zurich Airport doesn’t fly overnight & roads outside bit of noise but if u sleep well u won’t hear it light sleepers you may hear it but great hotel 😃👍

Nothing really 6 Swiss Franc a bit steep for Shuttle to Airport but on par with others 🤔😃👍
