Had to leave too early - no breakfast at that time. Bit enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant

Quite a distance to flight departure. Taxi needed at early/late hours which makes the stay more expensive

Lahami Bay boasts a beautiful garden, a friendly and attentive staff, and no neighboring hotels, offering a peaceful, private atmosphere. With its long beach, it’s the perfect destination for both couples and families. The resort features a fantastic pool area with a pool bar, and a wide range of activities, including snorkeling, tennis, padel, guided quad trips in the desert, massage, a fitness center with a personal trainer, windsurfing, and kitesurfing—there’s never a dull moment. The restaurant serves excellent, freshly prepared dishes at the buffet, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Comfortable facilities, in house restaurant and cleanliness

Location - you basically need to take a taxi or Uber to move anywhere as public transportation is 14 minutes away walking. Shuttle from Airport to hotel passes every half an hour to an hour, so you also end up taking a taxi or Uber, which in the airport is costly. The Uber from hotel to airport however, is good, cheap and reliable. But there were people who booked and couldn't sit on the bus because other people without booking got on the bus. A bit expensive for the hotel facilities. Although clean, they seem like they haven't had maintenance in a long time. I reserved for 2 and got towels only for one person, had to request them.

Very convenient for one night or short stay. The shuttle pick up is downstairs at arrivals and you will see a shuttle with the Radisson name on it together with other hotels. Takes around 10/15min and is free on the way to the hotel and payed on the way back next day. There is also a public bus stop in front on the hotel. Staff was very friendly, Helen was great with us! Is near a cafeteria, supermarkets and a clothes shop so in case you forgot something, you can get it quickly. McDonalds is literally next door. And in the hall you have some drinks and a microwave. The room was big and spacious, the hotel is very nice. Unfortunately we didn't try the breakfast.

Our stay at Radisson was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The night staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease after a long trip. Getting to the hotel, however, was frustrating. Many Uber drivers confused Radisson with Radisson Blu, which caused delays. The hotel should drop “Airport” from its name, as it only adds to the confusion. Another downside was the morning service — the front desk staff member (of Indian origin) was rude and unpleasant, which stood in stark contrast to the excellent service we received at night. In short, the hotel itself is very good for a comfortable stay, but clearer branding and more consistent service would really improve the experience.

The staff was friendly, and helpful. It was a good value. If you wanted to stay at the Radisson Blu at the airport, it was $50 to $100 more, depending on when you book. This property, however, was fine and it had a shuttle bus from the airport. The train was just a 10 minute walk. They supplied my favorite tea (Earl Gray) in the room. And the windows were nice and big and could open fully if you want fresh air. The decor was nice too.

There should be a little sign in the room by the button on the wall that opens the electronic shades. It’s not obvious where that button is located. The hotel is sort of out of the way, on a strip with other budget hotels but that’s why it’s cheaper.

The location was perfect for having the shuttle take you from the airport to the hotel. There was a McDonald’s attached to the hotel, so that was convenient for a snack and breakfast. There were no other restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. There was a very nice bakery and Cafe across the street from the hotel. It was also close to a grocery store and Plaza with some stores. There were very good and long walking trails behind the hotel beside the river. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I did not like that the shower was not part of the washroom, but stuck out into the room. It did not make it private, especially if you were sharing the room with another person.

Close to airport and trains from Zurich. There is an Aldi's across the street and a McDonald's and an Italian restaurant at the hotel. Late check out is a possibility. Staff is super friendly and professional.

There is a fee for the shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle is easier than taking the train. You have to cross a very busy street to go to Aldi's, so be careful. The shower is in a pod in the hotel room, so you might need to undress in the toilet room and wear a towel to the shower if you don't want to walk into the shower naked. There was also no refrigerator in the room.

The location of the property is good and in a quiet area. It's proximity to the Airport makes it an ideal place for travellers staying for a short period . The train station is also at a 10 minute walk from where Zurich city can be approached within 15 minutes.The adjacent Mcdonalds outlet was wonderful .

The breakfast could be better and elaborate and the staff service at restaurant could be more efficient and warm.

Chose this hotel a bit farther from the airport as we found a great price on Booking.com. First time stay in this very nice hotel, but what made it the best experience was our receptionist, Akim. He was SO friendly and helpful, he really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Room was soundproof even though it was next to the airport, yet you could open the windows if you desired. Very comfortable bed & shower, plenty of outlets for powering up electronics. Did not use the breakfast option. McDonalds restaurant attached to the property, but didn't use that either. An Aldis and Migros was across the street for last minute chocolate buying before going home. Bus stop right across the street, busses every 30 minutes with easy 15 minute bus ride to airport. Will add this property to my go-to list when flying out of Zurich.
