our room had the sink not in the bathroom which I do not really like. Towels were not cleaned daily. As it was very warm and we did take a shower sometimes twice per day, I would have appreciated this service. Room at the ground floor had no real privacy as the window was situated to the hotel entrance.

Recommendation: It would be great if you could offer e-bikes to rent as it would be easier to get back up to the hotel😉

great location, really friendly staff, great breakfast and the views are stunning

Unfortunately the farmers nearby soiled their fields with cow dung and the humidity in the air made everything stink. Even at night, but this was nothing to do with the property - it was just a thing happening.

The views to Lake Zurich are breath taking, there are also cows and corn fields surrounding the hotel. Parking was ample and free of charge. Atmosphere inside was relaxing, there is a small library of books with a pool table and an open fire. This is a perfect romantic or healing getaway for weekend place. The room was very comfortable, shower was just great, huge room, good water pressure, perfect.

Well, reception staff was terrible, telling me one thing over the email which turned out completely different when arriving at the hotel. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction but I wasted a lot of time on emails back and forward which was very disappointing.

Booked the hotel to meet a friend who is living in Mannedorf. Stayed only one night. The location was great, and the view is beautiful, especially in clear and sunny days

Great position on the hill with beautiful views. It is 30 minutes or so to get from the hotel to Zurich if you want to be in the city but the hotel is materially less expensive than anything equivalent in the city of Zurich. We would stay again.

Extra helpful and friendly receptionist, transfer from and to town from the train station by kind drivers. Breakfast was just really fantastic.

I liked everything, just thought it was a pity that there isn't some kind of little spa facility on site.

The location and view on the lake were perfect. And well arranged breakfast. We also enjoyed the new gym.

The fit-out of the hotel room was outdated.
