Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station. Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful. The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

Courteous Staff. Good Location, a minute walk from Tram Station and a good view from room balcony. Spacious and Clean Room. Basic amenities were available. Good breakfast.

All basic facilities were available, ....except felt that, the given water bottles and a small size hot water kettle, was insufficient for our family of 4....a couple and 2 sons, teenager and youth.

Hotel shouldn’t have to charge for parking, as there are no other options to park. Gravel path from parking to rooms makes difficult to take trolleys and luggage (around 60-70 meters). Room with no air conditioning, which in hot summer is needed.

The location is in a very busy build up area, tuvked awdy between motorways. Arriving during rush hour time meant adding 90min to the journey. Parking is very limited and the dedicated spaces are not easy to find in the dark.

Minimalistic but equipped with everything esentially needed for a short stay. Very close to the tram line directly going to Zurich airport and very close to the institute I was visiting. Very nice and diverse restaurants nearby. Great and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay there. Especially positive is the fact that they employ persons with special needs and thus include them in the society.

My stay at Zwiback was wonderful! I was there for two nights by myself and the place felt like I was at home. It’s a quick 20 minute tram ride from the airport which made it so much easier. The staff were also wonderful and had great hospitality. They were very accommodating and I would recommend people to stay here!

Room was spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. Room was exceptionally clean. It was 10 minutes walk to our friend’s apartment. Staff were extremely helpful.

Beautiful aesthetics, very comfortable bed and bathroom and spacious room. Very courteous and kind staff who took care of our late check in needs. Walking distance to tram station. I wish we had longer time here.

I love the fact that it is just 15 mins away from the airport! it was a large room and very spacious; staff responded very quickly to our concerns

the reception is only open for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday and therefore in an emergency you can contact them using the emergency phone which may result in a slight delay. we booked two rooms and the path between them is outdoor balcony

The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty big. The location is great (next to the tramway). Close to the airport (20min), close to the oldtown (30 min). It met our expectations.

The breakfast had no eggs or sausages. The hotel restaurant could be a little bit better.
