The receptionist at check-in was quite unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. I’m not sure how the front office staff is being trained, but providing a welcoming and respectful guest experience should be a priority. When asked if I parked in the garage, the staff member immediately demanded to know my parking spot number—without any context or explanation. Does anyone actually note their parking number upon arrival? Probably not. A more helpful and polite approach would have been appreciated. Overall, staff training in basic hospitality and guest interaction needs serious improvement

We stayed in a room with terrace and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful, spacious and had a kitchenette to make our own quick meals. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new and decent size as well. The property is lovely, with meeting areas, and spacious lobby with tea/coffee facilities and a fantastic (but expensive) restaurant on site. The staff is polite and very welcoming. The tram stop is 5 minutes walk which takes u direct to zurich HB in 20 minutes. We stayed their for 5 nights and will highly recommend

Nothing much around the hotel as it was a quiet area, however the transport network to anywhere from the hotel is fantastic. Being away wasn't really a problem for us as we knew it in advance. It takes abt 4.5 euros one way per person to go to the city if you dont have a swiss travel pass or other discount cards.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich. We arrived by car, and while parking can be a bit of a challenge—especially if you haven't reserved with the hotel—we were lucky to find a nearby blue zone parking slot, which worked well for our short stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the staff were hospitable and welcoming, which made a great first impression. For dinner, there were plenty of restaurant options nearby—plus Luigia, an Italian restaurant, is conveniently located just downstairs and attached to the hotel, which was a great bonus.

The room was a bit small, especially if you’re bringing several bags. Also, getting to the room felt like navigating a bit of a maze—it took a while to find our way around the hallways, which weren’t very intuitive.

i was very surprised as the staff of the hotel were friendly and even offer to check in for us even though there was a self service check in desk at the hotel. Keep up the great service! One more that i really like about this hotel is the location, very near to Zurich airport, those who want to stay near airport, i recommend this hotel.

The detergent at the laundry room has ran out, therefore i asked the housekeeping lady. she told me to go to the receptionist to request one, which i did, then the lady at the receptionist told me that someone will send it to the laundry room immediately. I waited for 20 mins and there was no detergent that i had to take some detergent from other level. but overall experience is good.

Beautiful Scandinavian decor and overall design, with a comfortable, quiet superior studio suite that includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a kettle, dishwasher, and microwave. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. Thanks to good soundproofing, I didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. I went a bit late by hotel standards (after 9 a.m.), and to my surprise, it was not busy at all, with everything promptly refilled. There was a tasty selection of bread, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, boiled eggs, cheese, and pastries. The Migros supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. I didn’t mind the 6 km (20-minute) distance from the city center, as I needed a direct train connection to other parts of Switzerland from Glattbrugg station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the peace and quiet provided.

The self check-in is a convenient feature, though it took over 10 minutes to complete. I wasn’t sure why my passport details were required. It’s a plus that you can open a window; however, if people are sitting in the courtyard, you can hear conversations quite clearly, even on the 6th floor where I was staying

The room is big and nicely decorated. However I really don't like the "industrial" style with bare concrete walls and ceiling, it doesn't feel cozy at all. The hotel staff was friendly. Very well located, easy to access by car and public transportation, close to Zurich city center by tram/train. Nice restaurants in the area. They answered quickly and with useful information to all my questions.

The room floor was cold : either put a carpet or provide slippers ! More hooks to hang towels and a glass for the toothbrush would be appreciated. The staff of Luigia restaurant, where the breakfast buffet was held, was not very friendly.

Moe went out of her way to tell us that most things are closed on Sunday and she recommended Rheinfalls which was a great recommendation. I appreciate her extra service! Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, toilet was huge and the price is fair. They have a great work area as well. The hotel is placed near the train station and it takes 20 mins to get to the city with a direct train ride. I highly recommend it!

the lighting was hard to figure out and the fridge wasn't plugged in. if we were aware it wouldn't be so bad.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room size was ok for my solo business trip. It was clean and the room temperature was nice and warm. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good coffee for breakfast. Nice selection of juices. Vegan butter was a nice touch. Two choices of plant based milk.

The breakfast selection for vegans was quite limited. Would like more options. But the coffee was very good. (Hotel coffee is usualy awful). The room had a bathroom smell after turning on the fan. (But the smell was not from my bathroom). It disapeared after turning off the fan.

Carlos on reception was great. I was hot and tired and the “quick” electronic check in was unintuitive and buggy. The normal check in line was longer than expected for just after 3 in the afternoon. When we got to our room it was not what we had requested (different type). I went back to reception and Carlos sorted it out with a friendly smile and no fuss. This excellent customer service turned what could have been a really negative experience, into a positive one. The room had a refrigerator and the location was super convenient for the airport (and not difficult for the city either, especially if you change at Oerlikon for Zurich Hbf). Tram stop is a few minutes walk away. And they let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process really needs improvement. The “self check in” system should not require re-entry of all information already supplied. The bed was firm for my liking but this is purely personal preference, everything else was great.
