Well located , everything you may need it it’s nearby . To the central area only 15 minutes . I’ve made 2 reservations , and I was able to stay at the same apartment because I’ve booked the same category apartment .

Extremely loud from both sides ( road and train ) . Mattres was dirty , very dirty, I used 2 bed sheets so I could feel more comfortable. No dish soap or anything like. I asked for a ventilator 2 days before my arrival, didn’t get any (it’s summer time and was very hot in Zurich those days , like 32-35 degrees) , I had to buy one . If you’re planning to cook , forget about it. The smell of the apartment wasn’t very good .

Location and the size of the accommodation was exceptional for the price.

There was no microwave oven or iron, although there was an ironing board! (The only time that I really needed an iron!) There was a full length mirror that did not hang straight because the fixing hole at the back was off-centre Very close to the train station, so open windows let in a lot of train noise and also traffic noise, despite being located 11 floors up. The neighbour liked to smoke his cigars on his balcony and the smell would waft into the space.

First, I made a mistake and tried to check into the wrong hotel. (There are several on the same block be sure to check your address.) If you enter the registration code (which you have to do before you arrive) correctly a key will come out. But since I was attempting at the wrong address it wasn't working. Silly me. Anyway, when I phoned in the first time the person sounded like he was enraged and couldn't understand me. It sounded so much like a scam and a voice recording that I couldn't believe I was going to have to book another hotel for the night. I called back a second time, got the same person, but we were able to talk -- the first time it seemed like I was talking to a recording of a raving mad man who wanted to help but couldn't understand or hear me. Hope youre experience goes well.

Only other complaints -- and maybe management should look into this -- the burner for the stove was on when I came into the room. Also, the outside balcony lead was not private - it leads to someone else's floor. There's no lock on the door so if you're worried about security, maybe don't book here. All in all the accmodation was okay, and the bed was quite comfy. It punches above its price but., well there's some issues. :).

We were able to get the keys for the first apartment with the code - no problem. The second code did not work. I had to call the hotel and speak with an assistant at 1:30am as my son's travel day was longer due to train delays. The person had to get a code for a different apartment for that night. The next morning they had to change the lock out of the room that was originally booked as the previous person staying there did not return the keys.

Hotel was a great location for the concert venue

Providing you're not expecting the Hilton the accommodation is in Swiss terms value for money, rooms are clean and decent shower, convenient to transport both trams and train,so for a few nights stopover should meet your needs

If you are looking for something very central you may find it out a little approx 30 mins from the centre but as said transport at your doorstep

Bed was very comfortable and the room had amazing lighting and was a good size

Didn't look like the pictures. Was very sparsely furnished, my kettle didnt work and I reported it and didnt get a replacement for the duration of my stay. The hob also didnt work so had a portable heater to warm up food with.

Frankly, I stayed in this hotel for 2 separated nights in different reservations and different rooms. The first one was room No 1102 bad, small, narrow, and disappointing view. The 2nd one was room 204, it was so suitable and very comfortable with Sala and very nice view to Oerlikon station.

Uppon arrival There was no Towel, but shortly and thankfully within few hours after message, we came back from our shirt road trip we fount them

The view was nice. The location is very close to the train station so one can quickly get to the city center for sightseeing. They also give you keys to the mailbox so I would imagine you could use this place as an temporary accommodation which many people seemed to be doing as the mailboxes had names on them. The room was equipped pretty well. There was a stove, microwave and a fridge with a freezer box. The utensils were plentiful and there were all kinds of plates. I even found an extension cord. Surprisingly the apartment lacked dish soap.

On the table there was an engraving of a male member. The apartment lock had screws on the corridor side which did not exactly transpire confidence. During the first night, I heard banging sound throughout the night. It was only later that I noticed that the elevator button may get stuck to my floor and cause the elevator to continuously open and close its doors. The sound made from the closing is very loud and can be heard from inside the apartment which is not even close the elevator. My window was facing the train tracks so I could hear trains passing by even when the balcony door was closed.

I liked the location, the laundry facility and the fan that was provided as it was peak summer temperature. Fridge, iron, microwave and kitchen facilities were great to have. The trains pass right across the street but the windows are so soundproof that you can’t hear a thing. That was really good.

Air conditioning is the only thing missing. The room gets stuffy if you shut the windows and noisy due to constant train movement if you open for fresh air.
