Price, ease, facilities to stay directly at the Zurich airport is wonderful. Love that the hotel has a very comfortable public lounge area with 24 hour service and signs posted to "chat with your fellow traveler". Extra special surprise, check out the beautiful park behind the Circle! (Circle Park / Flughafenpark). Swiss engineering never ceases to amaze me. Similar to dorm/hostile stay with privacy. Quality bathroom products.

Nothing bad, only points for future travel reference. The top capsule is a bit difficult if you are older due to the size of the step and platform, just a bit too small. Also, there are luggage security cables under the pod but website does not mention needing a lock. Pods are in secure rooms but common bathroom is out in public place. Slippers and cover nice to bring along. WiFi is Zurich Airport with your reservation code as password.

Difficult to find. They should explain it is out of the Transit Zone. You have to leave the airport. It would be great if the hotel explained more how to get there after leaving arrivals. Many other arriving passengers were equally disoriented once we were next to the elevator: Is it Floor 01 or Floor 1? Difficult to tell. The hotel is close to the Radisson Blue which adds to the potential confusion and the signs are not as clear. Also, I had difficulties with the code on the key. Bigger numbers would help for poorly lit corridors and difficult to read locks in the room.

Lack of better signage. Locks with small numbers.

Directly across from check in area 1 (ie. directly across the road). Easy to find - follow the directions in the airport to check in area 1 and there you are. Amazing that many of the reviews grumbling about it being hard to find don’t bother to mention how to locate. It does what it says on the tin - the capsules are cosy and, well, capsules. Perfect as a stopover for flights or train. I had a 5:30am train and it more than adequately covered what I needed. Lots of showers with shampoo and shower gel provided - no hanging around waiting of any description. Easy check in with the app - and easy to operate pin to access room and capsule. I’d go for a lower bunk if you’re less agile - the step ladder to the upper bunk is quite steep and manoeuvring in and out of the capsule can be a bit fiddly.

The doors to each room seems to operate on a ‘slam’ basis only which is annoying and avoidable - it should be possible to adapt them so that there is a ‘soft’ close. Of course, guests could try harder but the doors only seem to fully close with a bit of added pressure, hence the slamming racket.

The location is superb! There are train station and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance or rather at the airport which is located opposite of this capsule Hotel. Super convenient as after checked out, I stored my luggage in the hotel, and I went out for an event and my flight was in the late evening. When returned to hotel to collect my luggage, the staff ask if I would like a towel for shower? And I did! Then, I just need to walk opposite to check-in for my flight. All the staffs are very helpful and super nice!

The shower place is very small but ok for me as i am petite in size.

A really useful set-up right at the airport for when you need to break up a long trip. Everything is clearly explained and well-organised. The shared bathrooms are large and well-appointed. A very nice breakfast / lounge area to hang out in and meet other travelers.

I recommend a bit more air filtering as there was quite a lot of dust flying around in my capsule. The steps to the upper level capsules are a bit hard to clamber up as they are narrow and go straight up and down. I did start to get used to it, though

The location is absolutely unbeatable! Clean!

Combination locks in the hotel suck. totally unintuitive. Can easily go out at night to pee, and on the way back, find yourself struggling with a lock that has paused for minutes because you entered the wrong code too many times in a row. When in fact, you touched the right number once, while the lock thought you touched it twice. Or vice versa, you touched the number, and the lock didn't notice. All in all, hotel owners should hold a master class for guests on how to use their combination locks.

Location is excellent! Bathrooms are superb!

The noise transfer, even without anyone actually being loud is very noticeable. My door squeaked so loudly, I felt uncomfortable getting in and out of my pod. You could hear every movement of every person entering and leaving the room - which is frequent and at all hours due to it being an airport hotel.

The sleep capsule was comfortable and pretty roomy. I was able to sleep in it with my large duffle bag and my backpack. The area was very quiet. I also felt very secure there. The bathroom/shower was great- very clean and hot water. And I loved being so close to the airport the following morning. Price was great especially compared to Zurich prices for hotel rooms.

It took me a while to find the facility but that could have been me. I'm 69 and it was not difficult for me to climb to the top unit but someone else might have that issue. Perhaps when reserving a capsule it would be a question that is asked a potenial client if they prefer a lower or higher casule.

Great solution for overnight stays when changing flights in Zurich due to the amazing location - no need to step outside the airport even! (You can get to the hostel with just an elevator, underground tunnel and a second elevator from the Check In area in 3 min). My son loves the capsules, plays he's an astronaut. I love the fact that he can't fall out of bed (Usually I have to rearrange hotel rooms as to have him next to a wall but he has nowhere to go here 😅💪🏼.) Staff were super kind, they kept our travel food in their fridge overnight, and are available 24/7. We didn't use it but there is a luggage room available. You check in yourself and use codes provided by email. All in all, this hotel is a super practical solution for us!

The rooms are like dorms so while you have privacy in your own capsule (opens with code), you can at times hear people entering and moving around while accessing their own capsules. When getting to the airport from the hotel there's not (in July 2025) a super obvious option on the elevator buttons for the shortest path. We found that floor 01, a left turn and then left again through the underground tunnel is the smoothest way to get there.

I like the location. Everyone tells you where it's located, and how to get there, but nothing prepares you for actually following the signs when your half-awake. Then knowing exactly which elevator button to press, which is clearly marked. But it's literally right "at" the airport --- says everyone 😭🥸 I like the shower stalls. The door locks. It's clean except for the teen with extreme underarm odor (why, bro, why?!?)

it's actually a pretty cool vibe. Spend the extra for the bottom capsule. **It's my fault for not following the signs for how to get there; it's super clear and not clear at all. Then you finally get there, and you realize how easy it was. You will see. Must stay here.
