We stayed at Hotel Hori Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind and helpful, providing clear instructions for both the traditional check-in and the self check-in. The hotel has plenty of free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was available for an extra charge, but we did not use it as we hadn’t paid in advance and did not receive instructions. Our room was spacious, with a large bright window and a big bathroom equipped with a bathtub-shower. We also appreciated the kettle with tea, milk, and sugar provided. There was a sofa bed prepared for our 7-year-old child, and a baby cot was kindly offered free of charge. Air conditioning was available, although we didn’t need it thanks to the pleasant weather. For safety reasons, the French window remained locked as it opened onto the roof, but that wasn’t an issue. At check-out around 8 a.m., I wasn’t sure where to leave the room card, so I placed it in the mailbox outside the building. I immediately messaged the staff and received a quick reply. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we hope to come back on another occasion.

Everything fine

Breakfast was great. Crispy fresh croissants, nice selection of other rolls, cheeses, cold cuts, Jogurt, cereals and excellent coffee. Plus less than half the price of what other hotels charge. Staff were all do friendly.

Wished for more clothes hangers. But we stayed for 6 nights. For just overnight would have done the job.

Location was good for overnight stay for next morning flight, as it is close to the Zurich airport. Though the environment looks like an industrial area but it is oaky considering the good rate.

The staff on-site check in time is limited. The self checking in procedure lacks detailed instruction (actually don’t have the instruction anywhere), so we had to ask people in the building complex to help to figure out. Hope it could be included in the online hotel description or in the message communication to guests.

Situated in a sort of an business park type of environment. Functional but a bit impersonal. Basic clean accommodation. No actual staff present - everything is handled via an electronic kiosk.

It was important that I had a functioning phone, because I had already booked online via booking.com but the electronic kiosk wanted to bill me again (which would have resulted in a double charge if I had not been able to call and speak directly to a hotel representative).

Good value for money. Thanks to the self check-in, we were able to check in even faster than with a regular check-in. The room is relatively new, so it was pleasant to stay there. There's an electric kettle. Free parking is available.

There's no air conditioning, and the room heats up. However, the windows can be opened.

Fantastic staffs whoever I got a chance to meet. Breakfast was very healthy and nice. Overall it was a nice experience.

Initially wifi was not working in the room. It took some time to fix it. The room also was a little compact and small.

The room was big, comfortable. The location was also very good, close to the airport by car.

Even though we had an issue with the check-in machine, They were very attentive in helping us solve it, so the attention is still very good.

Clean Large rooms

We arrived around 10pm to check in and didn't know that there was no reception. It was only computer check-in at the door, and computer appear to have hung while it was trying to check-in another group infront of us. We had to call the customer service number. The computer got reset after 15min and was able to check in.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the good facilities.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

It was clean and very close to the airport! The check in process was easy. They cleaned it everyday and the staff were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

A fly screen over the window would have made it perfect so you could keep the window open all night but that’s all.
