Friendly staff at reception. Jerry, breakfast restaurant manager made a huge impression. He is bubbly & super cheerful, a gem. We stayed here for our 1st & last night. a friendly efficient lady (forgot her name) helped us with our checkin on May 11. Ricardo too was really friendly & helped us with our 2nd stay. Both occasions we were prepared to store luggage as we arrived much earlier than checkin time. The hotel managed to arrange early check in for both. Terrific! We were able to freshen up & train in leisurely without luggage to sightsee at gallen & Zurich & return end of day to the most comfortable room. Location is perfect, an easy 5 min stroll with luggage via underpass to & from airport terminal. The circle is an interesting area. Plenty of retail shops. We picked up cheeses & chocolates right before departure flight from migros & laderach, all just steps away from hotel. Right below hotel there is a cool park, with easy hiking trails & private cable car. Such a surreal place right next to airport. Airport hotels aren’t just for biz travellers. Hyatt place with its short train connections to places makes it a peaceful option for leisure travellers too. The Circle itself is a cool destination.

The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. The rooms were functional, and the bathroom was spotless - no mean feat when you have grouted wall tiles. Our room had a partial view of the airport runway, so my kids spent more time watching the planes go by than they did the TV. We especially liked having the sofa-bed, so that our kids didn't need a second room. The staff at the Zoom restaurant were jovial and light-hearted. The breakfast spread was generous, and the bircher muesli was a treat. I loved the Tilsiter cheese with the warm bread rolls, but my kids preferred their brie and omelet sandwiches. We loved that you could walk right out of the restaurant and into Circle Park - it's no Swiss alp, but it's a welcome retreat from the urban jungle.

The rooms had a rather peculiar smell. The lobby smells perfectly pleasant, as do the hallways, but you know you've entered your room when it hits you. Our first room on the sixth floor smelled musty. When we told the staff about it, they were very understanding, and immediately offered to switch rooms. Our next room on the eighth floor didn't smell musty, but there was still something peculiar about it. We didn't make a fuss because we were only in the city for four nights.

- Ease of location - adjacent to ZRH air terminals, train station, dining, and shopping. In our case, we concluded weeks of touring by train, picked up shipped luggged, walked to the hotel, then departed by air the next morning. - Rooms were large, quiet, air conditioned, modern, and clean. Perfect for rest or work. - Many international dining options are within steps of the lobby, plus the hotel restaurant is very good.

- Price differential between the "pay in advance rate" and the rate for a reservation that could be cancelled. Best value would be to pay for the room a week or so in advance once you've commited to travel.

Delicious breakfast. Generous coffee options including well-made cappuccino. Custom-made omlettes. Lots of meat, cheese, pastry, fruits, and vegetable options in their buffet. Room and bathroom were sparklingly clean. Plenty of hot water that arrived quickly on-demand. Furnishings included a functional desk + chair, plus a chaise. No enclosed closet, but they provide a hanging bar with plenty of clothes hangers. Room heater & controls worked well to achieve and maintain comfortable temperature.

It was quite a long walk from my airport gate than I had expected and then to my connecting flight the next morning. It would be useful for the hotel to send an email with a map/walking directions prior to arrival.

The reception staff was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated having an adjustable bed. The shower was great -- we loved having truly hot water and an adjustable spray head. The bathroom ventilation was great because it prevented steam from building up while we were showering. The TV channel selection was nice, we appreciated having a variety of English-speaking channels to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant and while we were disappointed that it was not more representative of Swiss cuisine, we appreciated the variety. Our food was prepared to our preference and delivered to us quickly. We also had breakfast the next morning and we were impressed by the sheer variety on offer.

An additional blanket in the room would have been appreciated, but the lack of one did not diminish our stay in any way.

We ended up at the hotel after our flight was cancelled and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. The hotel was within a few minutes walk from the terminal and the staff member who checked us in was funny and warm, giving us tips about the city as we said we would explore it the next morning before our new scheduled flight. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was dark when we arrived, and we had a wonderful surprise seeing the view from our huge bedroom windows in the morning. Our pleasant hotel experience made the stress of the cancelled flight disappear. We were tempted to have breakfast at the hotel, however declined it as we wanted to make the most of our time to discover Zurich the next morning, but breakfast was offered at a good price when we checked in.

We had a 20h layover in Zurich so we booked this hotel and used that day to visit the city. This was one of the best located hotel we've experienced, it's part of The Circle complex which is connected underground to the airport. It's about a 5 minutes walk to the hotel itself. In the airport is also the train station that takes you to Zurich center in 10-15 min, so you really don't need to stay in the city if staying just a day or two. The staff was always available and helpful. Room was clean and comfy.

Connected to the airport, many good restaurants, and shopping. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We had trouble keeping the light on in the bathroom. It went out while one of us was in the shower.

It was nice , clean and reasonably priced

Breakfast buffets was ok, not great. There was no labeling on the buffet food items . It’s is a must when you are serving in the biggest international airport in the country and your guests are from all countries and people can have dietary preferences. They need to know what is vegan, vegetarian and what is not . Hope this will be incorporated soon
