The location is excellent - close to the main train station and also the Limmat as well as old historic town. Many places are within walking distance. My room had a very nice view and was comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a decent bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and obliging. I was overall very happy with my choice in this hotel and I would choose to stay here again on future visits to Zürich.

There was some construction noise from work being done on the other side of the hotel (in a side street) which started quite early in the morning so having a nice sleep-in on the first day of my holiday was not an option.

The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated in central Zurich. We made sure to download our 72 hour Zurich card prior to leaving our hotel room. You are literally across the street from local buses and trams that get you anywhere in the city. On departure day, we even rolled our large suitcases directly onto the tram. One stop away from the Zurich Central Train Station where we boarded a train to Basel, to catch our river cruise. The staff couldn't have been nicer, from reception, to the wait staff and bartenders. Great experience.

It's quite pricey, but you are paying for location.

We stayed 1 night here in April 2025. The hotel upgraded us to a Junior Suite, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, cosy and decorated beautifully. The room was well-equipped (with kettle, bathroom slippers, shoe horn, shampoo and soap, 2 complimentary bottles of water). The room has lovely views of the river, and is around 6 min walk from the Zurich HB station. The hotel is situated next to the lake, so you can take a nice stroll and is near many eateries.

The hotel is near the tram tracks, so there was a bit of noise from tram. However, that went away by late evening.

The hotel is centrally located, just across the train station, making it easy to find. All the landmarks are in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were excellent. We had an issue with the TV not working and one of the lamps. Natalya kindly offered to move us, but we declined as it was too difficult to move our things. Instead, she offered us a free breakfast while the maintenance crew sorted it out. We had al carte breakfasts there for the rest of the days, which was nice. Christina took good care of us. Another good thing is that they offer a free drink voucher if you choose not to get your room cleaned.

The rooms are quite small and not well configured / designed. The wall mounted lounge rack was right in the walkway to the bathroom, blocking the way, rendering it useless. Also, the charging power points don't work. Luckily, I had both a UK and Europe adapter that could be used elsewhere in the room.

A perfect location, about 3 mins walk from the train station. Don’t be fooled though- this hotel is in a lovely part of town, not some downtown area. Another 3 mins walk and you can be in the hub of Zurich, with beautiful architecture and great bars, restaurants and shops. Although we only stopped for one night, we were made to feel very welcome by the reception staff and they were super helpful with everything. You can even ‘borrow’ their pass to the art museum and get in for half price!

We had a lovely room on a high floor as we'd requested with a view of the river. It was a very comfy, spacious room with a table and chairs and had a nice bathroom also. What was a great idea by the hotel was offering a discount of 10 swiss francs per day if you chose not to use housekeeping. We took up the offer as it's very easy to keep your room clean and not have fresh towels for a 4 night stay and we spent it on drinks in the hotel - wish other hotels had this scheme. The room was also very quiet with no noise from other rooms or the corridor. A great centrally located hotel with the train station nearby which was ideal for travelling to other cities/ places.

There was nothing that we didn't like and when we return to Zurich in the future we will stay here again.

this hotel is very close to the main railway station in Zurich. And there is a COOP very nearby. The COOP open from 6am - 10pm, so you can get anything at any time. Zurich city is small, this hotel is located in the center, can easily walk to everywhere. And this hotel is very near to the little railway station to ETH, the famous university. There is Eistain's closet in the main building of ETH, in the 2nd floor. This hotel provide apple fruit on the reception and says: one day one apple, doctor go away. I did not have breakfast in hotel, I went out for some local food.

It is great if you can provide Chinese service.

This property was located perfectly in the heart of Zurich, it was very convenient to have the train station, supermarket, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The room itself was well equipped with amenities, and we especially loved the balcony with views of the river and city! The room was exactly as described when booking, and we were very happy with the soundproofing considering the location. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were grateful for the elevator access.

The air conditioning was not strong enough for very hot days.

It is in a hearty location of a walking old town and offers a lovely Zurich lake. It also has a great bar vibe with a live piano. The room is huge compared to the other hotel rooms.

The parking garages are extremely difficult, or I seldom park downstairs, or I must be experienced in parking down there. The bed is two twins, but they merge, so during the night, the beds split themselves if you are a sleep-struggler everywhere like me.

Double room with comfy beds and pillows, the city view was really nice to have and the location of the hotel is perfect. Very clean and friendly cleaning staff when we saw them in the hallways. Was peaceful in the night, even though it's close to tram/trains, you couldn't hear them. Didn't have breakfast included, but we ate out elsewhere instead for a cheaper price. Would definitely be back.

Staff were a little overwhelmed and didn't seem too in control during our stay. Check in was super slow since everyone had to use the tablets to enter some information, however some of the older generation in front of us didn't know how to use them well, and the staff did not step in the support them. After we checked out, the staff had also booked 80CHF to my card for the mini bar from our room, which we did not use at all so I knew it was a mistake. They only sent back the money after I had contacted them, else they probably wouldn't have realized that they booked the mini bar to my card by mistake instead of to another guests card. Despite this, was quickly sorted within 2 days back in my account.
