We had an excellent experience during our check-in at Hilton Zurich Airport, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rahul Matthew George. From the moment we arrived, Rahul went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He helped us with a generous discount, arranged a great car fare, and patiently explained how to travel to Zurich city with ease. What truly stood out was his thoughtful gesture of giving us access to the Executive Lounge, which added a special touch to our stay. Top points for the staff who made me feel very welcome, from the Spanish guy at the reception to the bartenders. A young crowd of hard working people. I arrived at the hotel late so they made sure I could at least have some soup and a sandwich to eat. There was a somewhat buzzy atmosphere in the lobby - but I don’t want to exaggerate that, it’s no Vegas! 😀 But the real reason I chose this hotel is because I could go for a long run in the nearby woods/ farmland areas/ suburbs (see pics) before catching my plane. It was worth it, as I ended a week of nothing but work feeling reinvigorated after a good sleep and exercise.

If you’re planning to go to downtown Zurich, do factor in the time and cost of taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport (which is paid separately - credit cards accepted as you board the shuttle). An alternative is to take the bags with you and leave them in a locker at the station in Zurich. Or for a more expensive option, stay in a hotel that enables you to walk to the terminal. Since I had no plans to leave the area in the morning of checkout, staying at this hotel worked for me.

I also appreciated the convenient location near the airport, which made travel seamless, while still feeling quiet and serene. Staff were so obliging and helpful. Iban and Alex are A+++ employees. I had an executive room. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Spacious room with temperature control You didn’t need a degree in physics to work out. Hotel is within easy access to transport and an Aldi Suisse (just an easy short walk). In room coffee and tea maker and free wifi that works well. Highly recommended

There was nothing I didn’t like as the staff were so obliging it made my stay exceptional.

- one of the very a few hotels that treat you differently as Genius level 3 on Booking. My rooms had been upgraded with an access to the lounge. We were treated in fantastic way. The front desk are soooo professional. Easy check in and out. Very polite staff, fantastic breakfast, very good few. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Nothing, means nothing negative…

The staff were super accommodating - they changed my room (which a problem with its Airco unit) and moved my belongings to another room no problems. There is a free shuttle from the airport and flavoured water on offer in the lobby area. Kettle and coffee machine in room was great to have.

Breakfast is outrageously expensive. Having a quick coffee and croissant and the bar didn't seem to be an option.

Convenient, easy shuttle service, comfortable, quiet room. Black out curtains. Very spacious, well equipped Fitness area. Friendly and helpful staff.

No wash clothes supplied with towels. Awkward, cramped shower/bath. Shower handle leaks and it is difficult to use/turn on shower (room 539). In room coffee cream not refreshed for 2nd day.

executive lounge was great .... staff and chef were able to cater to my daughters allergies which was great and she enjoyed the food location

I got what I hoped for. I have known the hotel for a long time. Good and fast connections to the airport by shuttle bus. I fill me comfortable! I also use the fitness and sauna facilities. You can enjoy a meal in the restaurant, have a drink at the bar... I'm sure the breakfasts are also good, although I never eat breakfast. But a morning cup of coffee is always appreciated , before my early departure.

Usually, need have to wait a bit at check-in as two managers are not always available. Going to the airport in the morning is a bit of a 'lottery' as there is a live queue and the number of bus seats is limited. You should guarantee seats for the morning buses by registering passengers in the evening and arranging extra buses in the morning (at least 3 per hour) to eliminate this "slim" spot if necessary. I find the standard rate a bit excessive and do not choose this hotel for that reason. However, I am happy to book this hotel if there is a discount.

Staff are all very good, trying to answer and resolve the questions that we have during this stay. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby the airport with shuttle, also convinent to go the city center by bus or train. Any charged item is clearly stated in the message from the hotel before you arrive or in the room durinh your stay.

Hotel sould have some history so it's not newly renovated. However, the service quality is more important to us.
