Top points for the staff who made me feel very welcome, from the Spanish guy at the reception to the bartenders. A young crowd of hard working people. I arrived at the hotel late so they made sure I could at least have some soup and a sandwich to eat. There was a somewhat buzzy atmosphere in the lobby - but I don’t want to exaggerate that, it’s no Vegas! 😀 But the real reason I chose this hotel is because I could go for a long run in the nearby woods/ farmland areas/ suburbs (see pics) before catching my plane. It was worth it, as I ended a week of nothing but work feeling reinvigorated after a good sleep and exercise.

If you’re planning to go to downtown Zurich, do factor in the time and cost of taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport (which is paid separately - credit cards accepted as you board the shuttle). An alternative is to take the bags with you and leave them in a locker at the station in Zurich. Or for a more expensive option, stay in a hotel that enables you to walk to the terminal. Since I had no plans to leave the area in the morning of checkout, staying at this hotel worked for me.

I had an exceptional experience during my most recent stay at the Hilton Zurich Airport! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The dining experience was another highlight – the restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to suit every palate, and the breakfast buffet was particularly delightful. I also appreciated the convenient location near the airport, which made travel seamless, while still feeling quiet and serene. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall ease of the stay. Thank you to the Hilton Zurich Airport team for going above and beyond to make this a memorable visit. Staff were so obliging and helpful. Iban and Alex are A+++ employees. I had an executive room. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Spacious room with temperature control You didn’t need a degree in physics to work out. Hotel is within easy access to transport and an Aldi Suisse (just an easy short walk). In room coffee and tea maker and free wifi that works well. Highly recommended

There was nothing I didn’t like as the staff were so obliging it made my stay exceptional.

The staff were super accommodating - they changed my room (which a problem with its Airco unit) and moved my belongings to another room no problems. There is a free shuttle from the airport and flavoured water on offer in the lobby area. Kettle and coffee machine in room was great to have.

Breakfast is outrageously expensive. Having a quick coffee and croissant and the bar didn't seem to be an option.

I got what I hoped for. I have known the hotel for a long time. Good and fast connections to the airport by shuttle bus. I fill me comfortable! I also use the fitness and sauna facilities. You can enjoy a meal in the restaurant, have a drink at the bar... I'm sure the breakfasts are also good, although I never eat breakfast. But a morning cup of coffee is always appreciated , before my early departure.

Usually, need have to wait a bit at check-in as two managers are not always available. Going to the airport in the morning is a bit of a 'lottery' as there is a live queue and the number of bus seats is limited. You should guarantee seats for the morning buses by registering passengers in the evening and arranging extra buses in the morning (at least 3 per hour) to eliminate this "slim" spot if necessary. I find the standard rate a bit excessive and do not choose this hotel for that reason. However, I am happy to book this hotel if there is a discount.

Staff are all very good, trying to answer and resolve the questions that we have during this stay. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby the airport with shuttle, also convinent to go the city center by bus or train. Any charged item is clearly stated in the message from the hotel before you arrive or in the room durinh your stay.

Hotel sould have some history so it's not newly renovated. However, the service quality is more important to us.

We had a flight cancellation so I booked via Booking.com. The rooms for our family were very nice. Amazingly dark for a good nights sleep. Clean and quiet.

The restaurant manager was rude and did not describe the voucher vs menu clearly becoming agitated with our questions for clarification. The food overall was fair.

The hotel must think again about the WiFi policy. We are in 2023. I give you a clue: I am one of those people who is not keen on using credit cards with so many vendors. It would have been good if the wifi was an option at check-in and you had paid it together with the room bill

Facility of Executive Lounge Included in the per night booking is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Shuttle service to hotels is very convenient.

The calls made to Housekeeping or Room service would always stay unanswered..A microwave in the lounge ensure guests can enjoy warm food when needed.

Always clean, friendly, and convenient to the airport, but for me the best part is the amount of beautiful (and safe) trails just behind the hotel, with fields, woods, a village, and just the right amount of walkers, horse riders to feel 100% safe. Perfect to exercise and get some air in between two travel days.
