Perfect all rounder. Comfortable, clean room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant/bar area. Free onsite parking.

The room was spacious and very clean. Appliances were very modern, i.e. USB and USB C connectors). The bed was very comfortable. Checking in and out was extremelly quick. Staff was very friendly. Lots of parking space free of charge.

The only minor thing is that in all other hotels we stayed in Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva and Lugano), we always received with the booking a free public transportation card. Zurich was the only place where this did not happen. Considering the location of the hotel (you totally need to rely on public transport) it would be nice if this hotel would offer the free public transportation card (they charged us city tax so in principle the location is still considered Zurich).

The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was open buffet and rich. The staff was helpful. Public transportation to the city center was sufficient. We stayed on New Year's Eve, and although it was complete chaos (fireworks etc.) outside, it was very quiet inside the room and the windows were well insulated.

You should know that you need to take public transport to the city centre with two transfers: first, you will take the bus number 184 or 185 (at night time, N18) at Adliswil Sunnau bus stop, and then you'll take the tram number 7 at Morgental bus/tram stop. You can buy tickets quickly from the machines inside the stops.

We had a generally good experience staying at this hotel as a family group arriving by car. The hotel offers free parking which was very convenient for our road trip. While the rooms don't have air conditioning and we were provided with fans instead, the summer weather was pleasant enough that this wasn't a major issue. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent guidance about Zurich's metro and bus system which was invaluable for planning our city exploration. The cleanliness standards were excellent throughout both the rooms and hotel lobby. We particularly enjoyed the refreshing cold detox welcome drink upon arrival. However, we ultimately decided to change hotels due to the distance from Zurich city center, as we preferred to be closer to the main attractions and downtown area.

Lacks AC and is located away from city center

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located for our needs. The room and the bathroom were also big and clean. I liked a lot the shower and the breakfast was also very various. The staff was very kind, in the morning we needed a document printed fairly urgent and the lady at the reception has been super kind with us.

I guess maybe a little expensive but I understand it's Switzerland so all good compared to the local market. The only inconvenience was that we called that we found a giant road block and we would arrive at 1am but still when we arrived we had to wait about 20 Mon for the check-in.

The room was comfortable and offered good value for the price. The location was excellent—close to Zurich city centre, with a COOP gas station and convenience store just across the street. The free parking was a great bonus. I did not opt for breakfast, so I cannot comment on it.

Dinner at the hotel was underwhelming. While the pricing was comparable to similar establishments in the city, the taste of the food did not meet expectations. I have enjoyed better meals elsewhere for the same price.

One of the cheapest places that we found to stay in a convenient location in Zurich. Easy to go to the centre with a vehicle in 15-20 mins. There is Aldi nearby. Normal size of room considering it's a budget hotel. Good for a few days. Good staff- quick and easy check in. Lots of parking spaces exist. There is cold water to drink in the reception and a restaurant.

In the facilities it's mentioned that there is iron but I didn't see any in the room. I didn't end up needing it in the end so it was ok for me. Maybe if you ask the reception they give you.

Although a little way out of the centre, the onsite parking is a huge bonus. Really quick and easy to get into the centre. The 185 & 185 buses depart from a stop directly opposite the hotel. Just two stops and you transfer to tram 7, which takes you quickly and efficiently into the centre. An all day ticket, available at the stop, currently costs SFr9.50

Restaurant over priced (though this is Switzerland). I particularly wouldn't recommend eating breakfast. Far cheaper options available in local coffee shops.

One of the very good Ibis hotels. Clean. Stuff super friendly. Good restaurant and breakfast. Location is great - surrounded by woods and river walks right on the door step. Public transport into central Zurich or drive and park - very easy. Stayed with my dog - wonderful time walking around. Restaurant girl was super sweet and they had a bowl for him to drink. Restaurant has a terrace outside. No carpets. Walk-in shower.

The pillows are super hard and flat. This is however general ibis problem. I take my own whenever I can. Otherwise - nothing.

The check in employees were fantastic; they were attentive, super helpful and on task. However I was too happy with the added $130 extra for AC & taxes putting our room total close to $475 yikes 😳 When I booked with booking I specified having AC and the total said it included taxes so not sure how we needed to pay more. The hotel itself was super hot so paying was a must however our AC didn’t get cooler than 23 which was still hot. Location was a bit too far from downtown I say for the price I ended up paying I would’ve just booked a room downtown that included AC. Beds were comfy tho. Super close to an Aldi grocery store

Having to pay extra for AC and taxes even though booking said total included all charges including taxes. Shampoo and conditioner need to be separate, not great.
