Everything it was modern, elegant and classy wished we stayed longer

There we 2 or 3 cockroaches they must look into it and fumigate every 6 months. It might turn other people off. The bed was making sound not sure was the mattress or base but it was a turn off for us adults. Ooh my God that induction stove is a no no no I used induction stove before this one was like learning how to drive an aeroplane. If not changed please put proper instructions we sent an email no one helped. We even asked the african lady who was cleaning she couldn't switch it on. After hours of trying to switch it on my son got lucky but was a problem to switch it off.

Modern style, clean, minimalistic. Quiet, safe location yet not too far from lake nor city center.

Could be better furnished; many appliances in kitchen (inc coffee maker & dishwasher) but no coffee, cleaning detergent nor even basic salt, pepper. Fridge was completely empty (no bottled water, butter, milk…) 1 sink in master bathroom not functional Claimed 3 beds, but 3rd bed is really just a leather sofa, not pull out sofa bed, so not very comfortable. It was also extremely hot, ~30’s C, abnormal June heatwave in Europe) & with no ac and only 2 small fans we were very uncomfortable. 🥲 Zürich is a beautiful town however & we did enjoy our visit

The apartment is in good condition and well equipped, located in a pleasant area with easy access to the center of town (15-20 minutes by tram)

The description of the apartment as having a terrace was incorrect. In fact, it was the entrance to the building, so opening the window to the so-called terrace compromised the privacy of the entire apartment. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Apartment on the ground floor with terrace and surrounded by an unmaintained garden, full of insects. I found several insects in the apartment (spiders, mosquitoes, etc). It was almost 30 degrees hot that day and I couldn't open the doors or windows to prevent more insects from entering, super inconvenient. Also from the sidewalk to the entrance there is a stair with several steps and my suitcase weighed 25 kilos, another inconvenience…However, I called Customer service and they kindly transferred me to another Visionarie unit a little far from the center (another inconvenience ), as there was no availability in others… This all made me very tired, I spent extra money on a taxi to get around and lost half of the day. Oh! This address is a little far from public transport.

Immaculate and spacious studio apartment, with big bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Easy self check in via access code. Laundry facilities, iron and ironing board. Perfect for our stay in Zurich. Highly highly recommend!! Short walk (5-10 mins) to tram stop.

Excellent apartments, large, bright, everything is clean. Large comfortable bed. Spacious shower room and kitchen. The kitchen has all kitchen utensils. There were bathrobes in the room. The apartment has its own small patio. Good soundproofing. So, I highly recommend this apartment.

There was a coffee machine, but no coffee.

Well equipped. It had everything we needed. Good location. We requested parking which was in basement and very convenient.

The lower shower door bracket was coming away from the wall. There was also a loose wire under towel dryer. See photos.

would be awesome if you could connect the tv to the wifi so one could screen mirror and watch something on Netflix from their phone for example

Very good location ( 5min to tram and another 7 to Hauptbahnstrasse), nice and quiet streets around. You can find everything you need in this apartment. Underground parking. A good price for Zurich.

maybe the mattress should be changed

Very nice and quiet neighborhood (5 mins walk to transportation). The building is nice and super clean, the room was super comfy and everything we could need was there. We enjoyed our stay everything was easy and the space was very well distributed.
